I had a great experience today. Five workers were eager to answer my questions and help me out!
It was a huge blessing.

This beats the other by big box store (L) hands down, there is always someone ther to help, the prices are better, and the selection greater.

Very conveniently located. My sister works here. Everyone is friendly and helpful.🫡 They have a 10% veterans discount.😀

Short version is Michelle was awesome. What a great smile, positive attitude, and willingness to help! Thank you Michelle!!!

Longer version is I stopped in to browse a few things but wasn't really sure what I needed. I wandered around and checked out some items and then Michelle came into my life in aisle 50 and actually seemed like she wanted to help. At first I said no but then I remembered I was looking for something specific I had not been able to find. She took me over to aisle 49 and gave me all sorts of options and advice. She was very helpful and like I said, she was genuinely willing to help. I don't get that kind of vibe all the time but she was wonderful and next thing I know, I'm going to get a cart because I want to show her I can at least do that. Well she found one first and when I got back with mine was ready to answer any other questions. Very great experience, unfortunately, she was the only associate I interacted with as I was forced to self checkout while two employees shared their life stories while I scanned my items. They were very involved in their conversation which was fine by me, I had already met the incredible Michelle and was feeling pretty good about Home Depot.

Went into your store today not having a clue what to get to fix my problem. Rich was walking by and I asked him if he could help me. WOW! What a great guy! I explained my problem and he actually came up with a great idea and helped me get what I needed. I have shopped at this store for ever and your associates have always been very polite and helpful! Thank you Rich, you are a valued employee and I was thrilled to come in contact with you!!

Mike in flooring is the reason for the 5 stars. He was kind, courteous, very professional and he answered all of our questions. My wife and I signed up for an estimate to have vinyl plank flooring put in our house. I wish I could give Mike more than the five stars. Whatever they are paying Mike, I think they should double it. It is so hard to find good customer service nowadays.

Ben came out on 5/31/23. He measured our house and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars continues. It is now 6/5/23 and we are awaiting a price breakdown. 6/6/23 still waiting on the estimate. 6/7/23 and we are still waiting on the estimate. 6/8/23 and still no estimate. 6/9/23 and no estimate, dropping 1 star. It is now 6/13/2023 and still no estimate. I called tonight (6/13/23) around 5:45pm and asked for flooring, the guy I talked to said he had just started his lunch break. He took my number and he said he would call me back in 30 minutes. He never called me back. At 8:15pm I called home depot 3 times and asked for flooring and each time I got hung up on. A 4th time I called and was told that no one was in flooring. I wish I was at least told that to begin with so my time was not wasted. Minus another star and so we are down to 3.

Back up to 5 stars. The install crew of 3 did an outstanding job. They got to work right away and never stopped until the job was finished. Top notch work!!!!!!!!

Also, on another unrelated project, Dean and Ty in the lumber section did a class A job in helping with a large deck. Dean in estimating the lumber needed and Ty loading all the lumber and materials using a forklift to get it on my double axle trailer.

I will now be going to Home Depot in Camillus for the rest of my life.

I went there for my perennial flowers for my front garden amd the prices was wonderful I love how my garden is looking right now but still have more to plant

Everyo e knows what Home Depot is all about, so this review is more aimed towards this specific location. Its a great location thats always well stocked, the staff is always friendly, positive and as helpful as they can be.

Stopped in on Friday a little after 1:00 pm to grab a quart of paint and a couple other small things. When I reached the checkout line near the contractor entrance the line was full of customers with big orders. Dave at the pro service desk saw I only had 3 small items and offered to let me check out at the pro desk. Dave was very friendly and went above and beyond to get me out the door quickly. Employees like Dave are the reason I shop at Home Depot!

Sometimes I have to pick up items from here for my boss and the curbside pickup is a breeze. Also if there is ever something that does not fit in my car, the employees offer to bring it inside and cut it free of charge to make it fit. Overall good people working here.

I would like to take time out of my day to shout out one of the managers (Charles) at the Camillus store 1257. Charles has helped myself and my clients multiple times. From delayed orders to discounts on tools Charles has always done his best to solve any problems that may arise. Charles was a Contractor for 17 years and his experience and knowledge gives him the insight to get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I have been in the business for nearly 20 myself and issues as we all know will arise. Having Charles as my go to guy is one of the many reasons that the Camillus Home Depot continues to be my #1 source for all of my home improvement needs. Great job Charles. Sorry for being a pain in the butt sometimes. You are appreciated my friend

The best home improvement store ever.

Stopped in here looking for a fridge a while back ago with my sister.
The sales associate was attentive and answered all of her stupid questions.
I worked at lowes at the time and I was blown away at how much better the service was.
There were several people on the sales floor who were ready & wiling to help ... And also had more than one register open. Low key have always favored home depot to lowes , they are much cheaper & way more helpful.

The store has come a long way from when I first moved to the area in 2014. I hated walking into that store back in the 2015 era because it always felt like I was not welcome there. The other day I was immediately greeted when I walked to the door, and as I perused each department, I didn't feel like I was being attacked by a hundred million questions and I didn't feel like I was being ignored either. Nice to see the store is back in good working order

Home Depot is always great for hardware items. This location is good for quick trips. The Associates are friendly and helpful for questions. You can also order online. Good location on the west side of Syracuse NY. Maybe the coffee will be back at the contract entrance soon.
