Crosby's - Canandaigua

Sam is the best!! She is always is great spirits and is very kind. She cares about her job and takes pride in what she does. Best part about this station by far.

Looked online so don't know much about it. But what I saw it seems really amazing.

gas station

Need to increase the credit card hold at pump. I was only able to get 3/4 tank full because it stops you at $75. Also, the washer fluid was empty so I couldn't clean my windshield.

I think Crosby's is a okay place to go to get gas. Little bit expensive for my taste but inside of Crosby's there is a Subway and a lot of different munchies and drinks to buy and they are generally really nice there and the staff help sometimes but they need some work

They are NOT open 24 hours.

Outdated and run down

Placed an order for pizza and wings tonight at 4pm. Was told thirty minutes. An hour later my wings were done but pizza hadn't even been made. Now I understand Jessie was extremely busy, however Teena was emptying trash and wiping the counter at subway (no subway customers). To bad my company missed out on pizza. Poor service!!

Stopped late afternoon 3/5/2022 before seeing a Movie to get Gas. The lady who works the Subway station inside was just staring at me like i was an inconvenience to her. Then later on afterwards, my friend & I stop in because my friend wanted to buy a quick snack before hitting the road. The same who works the Subway station, gives me & my friend dirty looks like we were in her way & a complete bother to her! I definitely WILL NOT stop in again! Cashiers are very nice people though!

Closes early no warning says 10 pm, it's 9:18. pumps are always down. Second time I've stopped and they have closed early.....

I tried to get the offer of 2 footlongs for 5 dollars online for today. The info came back that site could not be found. By a phone call I told the person answering the phone that I could not use the online app. and found out tonight Subway ordering there is closed at 8:30. I give the turkey italiano 5 stars and the clerk that served me at Subway the same. It was Shelly.
