I went to return sunglasses I purchased online but didn't receive any type of barcode to process it. Aaliyah told manager needed to be there to process the return and that the manager wouldn't be back for 2 days. She said another sales person would show in 20 minutes and to just wait till she got there so she could help me with the return. I called customer service in the mean time, left the sunglasses with her, and the phone rep said the store could do the return with my order number. But, Aaliyah said she couldn't process the return because there was scratches on them. I literally purchased them days prior and they still have the sticker on them. She was only trying to avoid taking the hit and told me, "If I do a return on these and a customer wants to buy them, they're going to see there is damage and that will fall back on me." Don't buy from Sunglass Hut and avoid it at all costs.

Stephanie Rodz, a worker here, regularly posts hate on Facebook in regard to white people, men, and Chrisitians. I would not shop here. Looks like a low rating anyway.

No one is here and everything is off or locked. I wasted my time coming here and now see why the turnover rate for this company is so bad. Horrible business decisions, terrible pay, and poor management.

Went to return a BRAND new pair of Oakley brand sunglasses and the lady there scratched the one of the lenses with her long fake finger nails. And then told us she could accept the return due to the glasses not being in PERFECT condition. Do not shop here for glasses.
