RUVO

Ruvo is a unique spot. I like the menu as my best friend and I tend to share appetizers as they’re delicious. The space itself is cozy and very intimate, I try to go on a weekday as it gets very busy weekends. The restroom is awkward, but beyond repair as the space doesn’t allow for change and the parking can be a nightmare over weekend. I believe the service could be improved with more attentive staff that is a bit more cautious of their service, but overall it’s always a good experience.

This place is perfect for restaurant week!
I highly recommend it for any celebration.

The service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes.

Ruvo is the perfect restaurant for Southern Italian food! Not on the busy main street, parking right outside the door, beautiful building... but the main attraction is the food. I've been eating authentic Italian food for 50 years, and their sauce literally had me in tears. The eggplant rollatini was among the best I ever had! Pasta cooked to perfection. And the desserts... I said to my friend "I wish I could stop time, so I can eat this forever."

Perfect place for a first date if you really want to impress someone!! Totally recommend & can't wait to go back.

It’s a yummy experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing martinis, food and service. Staff is attentive and make great recommendations.

My wife and I had a lovely prix fixe new year's eve dinner after a comedy show nearby. There was a delightful live pianist. And the raspberry sorbet and cheesecake were a perfect finale.

We had a fantastic birthday dinner at Ruvo. The food was incredible and the service was friendly and professional. Their price fixe menu has so many options. We'll be back again soon, without a doubt.

Ruvo, again, did not disappoint! Delicious food, this time I had the salmon! Wonderful, friendly service! Beautiful atmosphere. The perfect place to go after seeing a show at Theatre Three, walking distance. Enjoy!

I came here for my birthday dinner, there were 4 adults (plus my niece who orders off the adult menu), and 3 additional kids. Our waitress was fantastic, most of us did the price fix menu expecting it to be half portions however here the portions are huge. The food was incredible, the drinks were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Sunday Brunch! Normally I enjoy a Sunday Brunch buffet but if you are looking for a great sit down Sunday Brunch, you must try Ruvo! The brunch menu is varied and very unique- it has a mix of classic brunch dishes as well as some new takes on traditional delights. Each meal comes with a delicious Sunday Brunch drink or mock tail- every drink was fantastic, I highly recommend the mock tails! We had a great waitress who was both friendly and knowledgeable. Reservations are easy and brunch is from 11am until 3pm. Like many other reviews, the ambiance of Ruvo is something special. Normally my wife and I eat dinner at Ruvo and this was the first time we were there during the day- the ambiance is alive and well in the day time. We were a party of six and Ruvo was able to accommodate us comfortably. Next time you’re in the village on a Sunday, you must stop by!

The food was delicious. My guests and I did the dinner special and got appetizers , dinner and dessert for only $35 which is a great price. Highly recommend the fried calamari, probably the best I’ve had in a long time (and I eat a lot of calamari)

For dinner I had the salmon over risotto and I cleaned my plate!

I was in a wheel chair and the staff made sure to put up a ramp for me and were very friendly.

I took my daughter there for her annual birthday luncheon and it was a great choice. The food and service were wonderful. It was a little busy with the holiday luncheons but the service was still impeccable.

A well curated menu and delicious experience from beginning to end. We left feeling satisfied without feeling like we ate too much. Both sauces I tried were very special!

Wonderful service, great food, made reservations same day for 530. The scallops and shrimp were amazing. We had calamari as appetizer and it was very good. The white sangria was lovely, summer in a glass.

I have always loved this place. It's easy, nice selection of food, great location. I don't come often bc the service at the bar was hit or miss ( mostly miss). I stopped in today on a whim and Jocelyn was the bartender. She was so absolutely delightful! She was attentive and kind. I had the best service I had ever had in Port Jeff, let alone Ruvo. I was genuinely surprised at what an amazing difference one person can make in terms of impressions and experience. I never had a bad experience here, it just never felt welcoming. Jocelyn made this a place I would come to every week! Ruvo, clone this girl!

The food here is delicious but what really sets it apart is the incredible level of service they provide. The minute you walk in the door you get a warm welcome from the hostess. Ever member of the waitstaff is incredible including the bus staff and food runners.

The perfect place to enjoy a good meal in Port Jeff! Prices are extremely reasonable and they offer an unbeatable $12 lunch menu. The food arrived very quickly and everything was delicious. They even gave small lemon and banana bread muffins with bread beforehand. The venue itself is nicely kept inside and out. It is very cozy too. It's located off Main St so it is away from the busier part of town while still being close to the water.

So pretty! Excellent food and service. Came for brunch. Will return to check out dinner. Husband and I very pleased.
