I love Kate and Hale! I am thrilled to have one right in my hometown of port Jefferson now. They always have a fresh rotation of new pieces and the girls that work there are so helpful! Alexa and Alyssa helped me find all of my date night outfits and now I’m engaged! Lol while I can’t say that’s the reason why I’m engaged, I know that Alexa and Alyssa make coming to this beautiful store even better! Love the new co ords btw!

Love this Store. The Owners are so friendly. I am a picky shopper , since I discovered this shop, It is now my go to Boutique , for great comfy stylish lounge & out door wear. The Beach Dresses look fab too ! 💓

I love this store! This is the first place I go when I need to buy a present for my friends, sisters or nieces. The employees are so nice and helpful. Every time I go there I always see something that I HAVE to buy. I pretty much wear an item that I have purchased from this store everyday.

Very nice clothes ($50-100, some a little more). Lovely staff. Beautiful store. I expected this to be teeny bopper stuff, but much of it was both attractive and comfortable for me in my mid 50's. Think young ladies! From T shirts and sweats to dresses, sweaters, and jumpsuits, even casual party-ware. Thank you for a fun day.

I am always impressed by the amazing customer service I receive from alyssa and alexa at the port jeff store! They go above and beyond to help their customers and it is appreciated!

Love love love this shop - it is a little treasure in our village. Beautiful store, friendly and helpful staff, great clothing and accessories - I always seem to find something wonderful, it's a great all around shopping experience all year long.

Nice Selection Very poor service
July 6th shopping with friends. Good location, nice atmosphere and creative selection of clothes. The kids section was great with cute, comfy dressing room area. However, I was really disappointed during checkout. Two cashiers had their phone out with social media up and were engaged in social conversation. Neither acknowledged me and literally the only words they said were "$103.58" (for a tiny pair of shorts and a t-shirt by the way.) I tried to be friendly and smile but clearly my transaction was interrupting their social time. At these prices, I wouldn't shop there again because of the service. What a shame.

Clothes are cute, but the service is not great, young girls talking about their love life and playing catch across the store. I pop in everytime Im out shopping and never once did anyone ask me if I need help

I hate to even say this but I'm very disappointed by this location. I went to buy a gift yesterday at 5:40pm and the store was already locked up even though they say they close at 6pm. An employee noticed me and opened the door just to tell me they are closed and gave me a huge attitude when I said that it was only 5:40. I then went in the store and said if it was a problem I could leave and she ignored me. So of course I left because I felt very unwelcome. I walked to the boutique across the street and bought my gift there instead. Unfortunately I won't be giving my business to this store any longer and neither will my friends or family!

No the doors were locked already they had the pad lock on. And the major issue was how rude your employee was to me...definitely not someone who knows about customer service.
