Bought a cool camera from them. When I took it home, it wasn't working. After going back to them, they were super quick about fixing the issue. Rarely would I buy expensive used stuff, but when they take care of you, it's hard not to!

I went to this pawn shop Saturday to see about a loan on my jewelry.
Although they were unable to help me with what I needed, I felt I needed to do a review, as the gentleman that helped me was very polite, professional and empathetic to my need. I have used other pawn shops in the past and I definitely would recommend this one in the future. The gentleman that helped me apologized a couple of times for not being able to help me and that was greatly appreciated.

Bought a chain & pendant for a gift. Saved hundreds from the malls price and got something much nicer. They're gold prices are very competitive for the area. I'll definitely be back. I couldn't help but look around. They have something for every budget on most things you'd want. Very decent selection of 2nd amendment items. The customer service began the second I looked around and was seemingly fine tuned to my needs! Not what I got at the mall. So happy I decided to pull in and take a chance. The experience as a whole was definitely worth my time and money.

Nice guy knows enough to be able to run his own pawn shop business they are for the most part fair on the buying and selling prices and they will negotiate with you to make a very good deal I have nothing bad to offer on this business they are very professional helpful and honest and that’s something you don’t get every day from a pawn broker i have been dealing with this business since way back when they first opened up in heath and this business has become a very good place for heath to thrive I would recommend this pawn shop out of the top 5 in Ohio and I have been to many many pawnshops very down to earth understanding people check them out if you have a chance.

This place is awesome! Steve was a huge help. We were just looking and he and his coworker were so knowledgeable with the guns we were looking at and we even ended up buying a new crossbow Expedition 400!!
