For the record; I didn’t venture all over the store, nor did I need to in order to review it. The few aisles and area at the front of the store with hand and power tools, shop vacs, and other assorted items was more then enough to be able to see that this Lowe’s is pretty much the same as every other Lowe’s I’ve been to and (I’m guessing) in existence. Items and shelves were organized, stocked and easy to see/read, the displays looked nice… Now that I think about it, I don’t recall any items being out of place which is impressive and gives the impression the employees are on top their jobs and take pride in them and the store. The customers could be more mindful and considerate vs other stores… but that seems like a stretch. I could easily navigate the store without having to ask for assistance. It was clean, and I can’t think of anything negative to say about the place. I only saw one employee while I was there, but that’s not out of the ordinary. She were friendly and attentive while she rang my stuff up and I checked out. Great Lowe’s.

Lowe's literally has everything you need for home & yard maintenence, including (but not limited to) garden tools, power tools, indoor/outdoor insect control, lawn furniture, household appliances, lighting, storm doors, carpeting, window coverings, lumber, lawnmowers, paint, plants, and more! The store is very well-organized, clean, and well-stocked. Employees are helpful, professional, and greet you with a smile. Every shopping experience at Lowe's has always been a pleasant one. Prices are reasonable, and the selection is great. I would definitely recommend Lowe's.

This 5 Star review is for an employee at the service desk in Heath Ohio , her name is Darenda. But let me start with the fact that I was exchanging a Kobalt tool that had a label on it that said “Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee”. The service desk told me to call Kobalt and that Kobalt would provide me with a number to give to the service desk in order to exchange the tool. I called Kobalt and spent the next 20 minutes intermittently being put on hold and being told by a representative that my tool did not qualify for the “Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee” without a receipt. When you first call Kobalt and press prompt #1 it tells you that a receipt is not required for the “Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee”. I asked to speak with a Supervisor, and Eva came on the line after I was again placed on hold. I spent the next 15 minutes having the same conversation with Eva that I had with the previous representative. She told me that my particular tool only qualified for a “Lifetime Guarantee with a receipt”. So after 35 minutes of being HASSLED with false advertising I was told by EVA to call Lowe’s Customer Service and have them look up my receipt for me since I bought the tool with a credit card. Well Darenda observed my 35 minutes spent on the phone with Kobalt and had mercy on me, she told me to go and see if there was another of the same tool on the shelf, and there was and I brought it back to the Service Desk and Darenda bless her heart exchanged it for me at the risk of getting herself in trouble for me not being given a number by Kobalt. And you know what? The new tool says the same thing about “Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee”!!! So I would like for Corporate to first of all acknowledge Darenda for her doing the right thing and actually helping a customer and then I would like for them to listen to the recording of my call with Eva the supervisor who refused to give me the number that I needed to exchange the tool. Thirdly I would like for Corporate to compensate me for the time I wasted on the phone with Kobalt and the stress it put me through!!! I even offered to send Kobalt a picture of the tool with the sticker that says “Hassle Free Lifetime Guarantee” but they told me that they cannot accept any such pictures!!! But guess what? In my review here I can offer said pictures. Where is the truth in advertising???

It has been 3 months and I have not been able to satisfactorily resolve this issue. Can I have the person who answers these reviews to contact me please? Can i get a direct phone number for that person instead of a representative who knows nothing about my reviews and is not capable of reading my review? Please

5 stars for Brian in paint. What an extremely polite, respectful employee. The store didn’t have what we needed but that’s okay, it happens. We were just lucky to have a great employee to help us out.

They sell 5 gallon bottled water here for my water cooler. You can return your old ones here too. A very nice tall guy helped me find it and put it in my cart for me. It's in the entryway on the left side. I will be back!

I have brought a variety of hardware and garden items from Lowes, but my favorite thing to buy there is appliances. I had a dryer go south some years back. It was a couple of days before Christmas. I had picked one out at Sears until they wouldn't deliver it until well after the holiday. Went across the road to Lowes and found the same thing for enough less that I had them add a washer to the deal. They delivered it the next morning, Saturday. Same thing this Spring with a replacement for a 23 year old fridge. Great price and delivered quickly. Bought a new water softener on a Black Friday deal and saved 80 bucks on sale.

Great customer service they were super happy to help us with finding what we needed. The store was super clean and just an overall good experience.

Most Lowe's stores have a similar layout, which I find convenient. I was able to quickly find what I was looking for and get back to the job site.

I'm a widow who knows very little about building things. I handed my list of things I needed to build my hot tub deck & I got the best service I have ever gotten from a clerk. Flo who works at the Heath location, actually made the whole ordering process enjoyable.

Always a good experience when I shop at Lowe's. Associates are very helpful most of the time.

Just visited for our landscaping project. The store manager Rich and the store associate John personalized our experience! I haven’t received STELLAR service like this in many years!! Fabulous visit!! Will definitely be back! Rich even opened registers promptly to keep out wait at the checkout to a minimum!! Hats off to the Lowe’s, Heath TEAM!!

I always find what I am looking for. If I can't find it I can count on help. It is one of my favorite stores . I do not like the self checkout. Less help around last time I visited.

So I have no pictures to share on this one, just the experience. First, I live closer to another Lowes; however, the selection is much better at this location. I ordered an Ariens mower and 5x8 utility trailer on a Friday evening. I was notified it was ready for pick up on Saturday evening. I was unable to get there until Sunday - everything was ready and went off without any issues. Brandon was helpful, responsive, and overall a friendly person. The entire group of customer service folks worked to make my time there limited. I appreciate all they did and would reccommend Lowes and specifically this location to anyone.

I was there before the garden center gate was opened. But a young man, Lowe's employee, asked if he could help me. He stacked a dozen 40 pound bags of soil products on a cart, checked me out at the garden center, and dragged the cart to the front of the store where I met him with my car. He loaded that too. I have often found great service and informed help at Lowe's, but I am especially grateful for his kind assistance. (I'm sorry I can't quite remember his name. Something like Breton?)

I love like many others, they give a military discount. I'm a clearance shopper and I appreciate their new clearance policies and displays that are easy to find different items at different price points. If I want look at $10 and under items. I look at that section, I don't have to look at several sections to find those priced items.

I bought my dryer in Lowe's in June went back in July and bought my washer I love them both. The man that helped me was awesome and I got 100.00 dollars off both appliances

Been coming here for many years and this Lowes has always been great. We have bought several large appliances, mowers and home improvement materials and have either been happy or the issue was quickly resolved. I appreciate how helpful the staff have also been. Great store for appliances since you can compare everything online first and then go in store.

Always fun to walk around inside Lowe's, everything you need for diy projects and the employees were very helpful. Check out was easy and fast, I appreciate the veteran discount. Update to my previous review, I thought I would try the order pickup at Lowe's and ordered all my items online at 2: 15 in the afternoon. I went there the next day and was told that it's still not ready and that I would have to wait to get an email. All the items were in stock and it was only five things. I went ahead and picked my order myself. There was absolutely no advantage to me doing an online order for pickup the next day. I don't think I will be doing that again. The clerk was also not having a good day. She seemed very put off that I was bothering her with this issue. Being a former employee of Lowe's, I remember the days of having too much to do and not enough people to do it. Evidently it hasn't changed.

Cassandra helped me out big time getting everything squared away I needed. Was super nice, very friendly and took the time to check on 2 products we needed at our shop. She gave me the info where to get them and what store has them in stock. Pretty much went out of her way to help a stranger. We at RCD will continue business there and I'll be sure to tell others to head that way if you want to be treated good and not ignored. Thank you so much Cassandra
