I had a very positive experience in this store! We were greeted cheerfully immediately upon entering, offered help throughout the store, and had a friendly conversation with two of the workers. The store is incredibly clean, well organized, and easy to shop at! Above and beyond experience for a retail store now a days.

Called at 7:35 about a furnace ignitor before making a 40 minute trip from Zanesville knowing they closed at 8:00.

The gentleman who I spoke with said he’d stay a few minutes over in order to give me time to arrive safely and fix my furnace for my family.

I expect to be hurried, simple transaction, and on my way. The guys took the time to check out my existing part in comparison to the one I was going to purchase, checked to see if they had any exact matches, and ultimately settled for the one I initially called about.

Two minutes after arriving home, the furnace is fixed. The kids and I will stay warm tonight! Thank you so much!!

I love Ace Hardware. It is so much easier and more convenient to swing by here and find what I need than to go to Lowes or Home Depot. Ace almost always has what I need, and the price is comparable to the big stores. Even if it is higher, I'm willing to pay it because I feel valued as a customer here and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.

This has been our go-to store for anything non-lumber-related for a couple of years. The staff is always very helpful, and our children love the full-size suckers they give them at the register. I recommend them if you want to skip the hassle of going to a big box store like Lowe's or Home Depot.

This is my go-to place for shellac. They always seem to have the things the big box stores don't.... or they will try to get it if they don't have it.

I stopped in on a whim having no idea if they would have what I needed (parts for my grill). The gentleman that helped me was awesome. Searched in the back to try and find my part. Even gave me a great price. The part didn’t work but I was so impressed. The store has great selection, is super clean and the staff is awesome. My new go-to hardware store!

Great location, a bit awkward to get in, go in by MCD or you have to look around back if you go in mall sign by sonic. The staff us always very helpful and carry out salt for me to my van! Prices are pretty good too
