JCPenney

Was in this past weekend and Tobi was my cashier. She was kind and patient as we went through various possible phone numbers and information trying to find my rewards. She has such a sweet spirit about her and I really appreciated her great customer service. I chose not to do the jcpenney survey online as I didn't want to jump through all the hoops to leave a survey, but instead used this method for its ease of use.

I was employed at JC Penney for 7 years.i shopped there all the time to.The quality of merchandise was ,is,and always been awesome.when I think about JC Penney it evokes great memories and good feelings.so when I got a gift for Christmas I was pleased.shop JC Penney

Did not visit the store today. Went thru the store to the parking lot after a birthday party at the trampoline place.

Much better prices than the stores in the mall and hardly any difference in the style. I had not been inside JCPenny for years. Took my granddaughter school clothes shopping. Glad I decided to check it out.

I had the best time in my life in this place a couple days ago I went to the jewelry counter and the lady that helped me and she is fantastic she loves what she does you can tell it she was very knowledgeable of the product she was selling they was having a cell and I was working this girl trust me and she had no complaints nothing she really helped me tremendously so if I were to go anywhere and get jewelry that I would say the prices competitive but reasonable that is where I would go next to Kay Jewelers or Jared's

Best customer service from a team as a whole ever. And Daniel and Peyton were not even there. Not only great at JCP but also at Sephora. The team was first of all friendly, kind, and most of all helpful. The store was clean and we'll organized. Also well stocked for being just after holiday. 10 Stars today good job!

They have a sephora inside. It's great if you want higher end products without having to drive all the way into Columbus. They always have a lot of great stuff on clearance as well as regular sales on everything else. Very impressed on how great the clothes are.
Malls get a bad rep now a days since they aren't bustling with activity like they used to be. But this store is worth the trip to the mall.

I just picked up an order I placed at JCPenney.com at the Indian Mound Mall location in Heath. The store was about to close so...no waiting in line! 😆 The 2 girls that helped me at the Fine Jewelry dept were very pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to find what I'd ordered. I had left the item there too long, and even tho I had called to ask them to hold it, there was a miscommunication and the item had been returned. 😞 But, they tracked it down, found out that it was still there at the store and rescued my fitness watch! 😊 And they were so nice about it!
It's a birthday🎈present for my daughter on the 3rd...so 🤐 don't tell her. 😆

This store has been around for a long time. It's not what it used to be but still a nice store. The staff was helpful and polite and we found what we were looking for.

Found some dress trousers that fit well, wanted a different color so the great lady at the checkout said she would go get a pair. Danged if she didn't find them when I couldn't.
So I bought both of them! Thanks 😊

Great customer service and value. I was shopping and was unaware that many items were on sale. After the clerk scanned my items, she found a coupon for 10% off store wide, saving me money. The staff associates are always eager to help me find items and sizes for my mother.

I picked up my internet order and Sierra was the best sales clerk I've ever had at jcpenney. She was very nice and polite to me and performed her job in a professional and energetic way. What a great experience in this day of bad customer service. She was a delight

Can't go wrong here. Sometimes overpriced. However customer service is amazing. Always clean. A "classy" place for your modern American

This JCPenney store is always clean, neat and tidy. All of the employees are always friendly and helpful. If they pass by you they always speak and acknowledge you which I think is important.

Service has been great lately. Lots of great deals also. Very happy.

Great sales prices. I bought tons of athletic wear and the prices are far less than the prices at Walmart during the sales period. I got everything I need for my upcoming vacation!
