My Shopping Experience was Fun, Greeted by three Beauty Associates who were exceptional in their own perspective of suggestions in my purchase of Versace Yellow Diamond 3 oz. When I approached the Cashier she gave me a Redemption Credit which was so generous in my purchase. I have shopped at this store for 3 years, and everyone is very knowledgeable about the store and products they carry.

I came to get a full face makeover from the on-site Mac artist! She did such a good job, the makeup looked beautiful! I felt really pretty! All of the staff were super kind and kept showing me with compliments. Definitely an inclusive place.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Taylor for helping me out! She went above and beyond to show me different product options and share her knowledge about the products! Without her there, I would have been so lost.

She was honest and nice throughout the whole appointment. She also helped me good some good products off the shelf after. Looking forward to booking my next appointment. 😁

I RARELY buy makeup but wanted to replace a Clinique lipstick that I've had forever and the color label had peeled off. Sabrina was so awesome, trying to match up the color to the new styles they had. She ended up recommending the Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick and I love it!! Thanks Sabrina!

My experience with Brian today made me feel so happy and so pretty. I'm 60 and don't really wear too much makeup. Brian shared just the perfect products with me. Estee Lauder, tinted moisturizer, perfect color cream blush, pretty cream eye hi-liter, mascara, and a lip gloss. When I came through the door my husband immediately noticed how pretty I looked. I just want to thank Brian so very much for his kind and very professional help today. I just haven't had that kind of service in a very long time. Thank you again!

I was sent into Ulta by my teenage daughter today, and really had no clue what I was looking for. Thankfully one of the store employees was right there to help me. Asher was so knowledgeable and patient and helped me pick out the perfect items. I’d still be wandering around the store if it wasn’t for their help.

The girl at the cash register was extremely helpful!! Didn't get her name but she did have tattoos, very nice and helpful!!! Bought #7, dry shampoo, travel hair spray and she went above and beyond to get me little applicators to put on eye shadow, helped find 2 great discounts on my phone and in store.👏👏

My daughter and I just went into Ulta, our first time ever. We were immediately greeted by Edith. She was very helpful and seemed happy that we were in there. She even told us about an coupon that saved us money. Thank you for hiring great people like Edith.

My niece found a great set of brushes and was impressed they were individually wrapped so high quality was maintained.

I was in for an online return my cashier was helpful somehow the system was asking for a manager approval. When the girl asked for assistance from her manager she got a good response "yes I'll be with you let me finish with the client I'm assisting". I understand and the cashier apologized for the wait. We both waited for the manager. When she was done she passed by the cashier and did not stop to help her with my return. We both looked at the manager like did she seriously just left. The girl called another manager for assistance since I'd had been waiting for bit. Meanwhile the other manager is looking at the mac cosmetics 🤷‍♀. I got the help and I don't mind waiting. As a supervisor I felt bad for the girl than anything because is frustrating when you have a manager/supervisor and instead of helping walks out on you.

I had to exchange a Christmas gift as the bottle of Grace Perfume was broken and half the perfume was gone when I opened the box.
Ulta exchanged my gift with no questions asked. Unfortunately they didn't have the same item. I was able to get something else, hassle free.

Favorite place to get makeup, candles, perfume, hair care products…you name it 😊 This Ulta is great. I love the location and they always have what I need in stock.

Rebecca hooked it up at the Benefit beauty brow with a brow tint and wax. She got my desired tint perfect! She was polite and gentle with waxing and tweezing! I will definitely be back to see her again!

I went in needing a straightener but I had a lot of questions and was looking for something very specific. The first employee I approached tried helping me but said someone else would have more information to help me better and she called that employee over and I was very satisfied with how helpful and nice she was. They have someone I'm sure with expertise in any department you are looking at and can answer any questions you may have.

I love Ulta… I went in last minute right before closing and Edith was amazing! She was an associate and very helpful, so kind and patient, even though I knew they were ready to close! I will definitely go back and I suggest asking for Edith… She just may surprise you. Thank you again Edith !

Just got a top-notch hair cut by Alton. I have alopecia and Alton worked wonders with my thin hair. He was skilled, knowledgeable and charming!
