Wasn't to sure of staying at another motel 6, but the area is safe and the room was clean. Sucks the microwave didn't work but whatever. There was one staff member that was great, she was friendly and recommended a great breakfast place. Thank you Lori for the Friendliness and good customer service.

Came for a vacation with my kids wasn’t to sure what to do. Stayed at motel 6 had the pleasure to meet and very nice and friendly person that works there. Thank you Lori for telling me good places to eat and the kid friendly activities and places to take my kid while we were here. Definitely coming back here

I’m an independent consultant and I’ve been in Carson City since last October on a long contract. Because of a 28 day policy that the city of Carson City has, I’ve stayed in just about every motel in this town.

I have to say that Motel 6 is by far my favorite, and in my opinion the best motel in town. The rooms are laid out Very efficiently and also aesthetically pleasing. There’s a great spot for me to set up my computer and monitors. The Wi-Fi is very reliable and the fastest of any motel here in town which is great for me because I’m online for at least 10 hours every day.

The front desk staff are amazing, the professional, friendly, helpful and courteous, especially want to give a shout out to Lori. She always greets me with a friendly good morning when I go to get coffee. She’s extremely helpful and has helped me navigate some of the rules and giving me some great tips. I’m kind of brain dead sometimes so I will book the wrong room type. If I’m extending my stay, and she always accommodates me for my silly mistakes.

The housekeeping crew are amazing. They always check in and see if I need anything they always helpful, friendly and courteous.

I highly recommend you stay at Motel 6 if you’re coming to Carson City and you’re looking for a mid price motel. As I said the rooms are fantastic they’ve all been remodeled recently. The bathrooms are great and I love the modular shower and the vessel sink with the granite countertops. Floors are hardwood. The beds are super comfortable and I really like the backlight on the headboards I’m not a big fan of overhead lights.

10/10 motel experience! Checking in was fast, easy and hassle free! Jerett at the front desk was super welcoming and helpful! Anytime I had a question about the motel or checking in he answered diligently and with a smile! 10/10 customer service. When I had lost my room key he was eager to help me and solved the problem. Room was also very neat and tidy when I arrived.

Lori was friendly and helpful, reminded me I can use my 6 deal and get a discount off my stay for the night. Very knowledgeable and funny. She made my stay great, nice chatting with her in morning while getting coffee.

Best bang for the buck by far. Even if the price was twice this, we'd give the same high review. Lori, the manager, made our checkin quick and easy with a helpful attitude. Room is clean, spacious, modern looking with wood laminate floors. Gives a good feeling when you walk in. Fitted bed sheet and bedding you don't have to fight to cover you. Sounds trivial, but even the TV remote is easy to navigate. Best sleep we've had on this trip and are now looking for the next Motel 6 along our route.

I’ve stayed here many times and the service is great. It’s affordable, clean and consistent. All of The staff members:
Ally, Paul, Jerett, Lori, Fredi, every housekeeper and the managers, fredi and Sedonah are super kind. (I apologize if I butchered the names)but each and every one of them have been helpful to me in their own ways and they deserve a shoutout.
They are all accommodating and friendly. The housekeepers do a great job and I mean it. It’s a motel 6 and the best for your your buck. Pets are free, but you don’t smell the last guest’s pet. Best perk. USB hookups and a good amount of outlets. Good location

Front dest check in was a pleasure Ally was a pleasure to work with Ally. After driving all day and ask about things she just answered with a smile and made me feel like I was important.

Jerett was very courteous and one of us didn't have ID and he allowed us to check in and go to the DMV and get a print out. They were very understanding. They allow pets without charging extra.

This Motel 6 was a great experience all the way around. Room are clean and comfortable. Jerett made checking in fast and easy and is knowledgeable on the city.

Lori is such a wonderful employee here! She is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Will definitely stay again because of her!

Say what you like about motel 6's.The Motel 6 Carson City services and personnel far exceeded my expectations. Their Level of professionalism is second to none. They were pleasant, courteous, professional and hard working, from front desk, maintenance and the room cleaning staff.. When asked for additional services they complied quickly and pleasantly. I was very impressed with the level of security. They give a lot of thought and attention to customer safety. Not once did I feel uncomfortable as with some other motels. After a week stay I would not hesitate to stayi here again.

I did not expect much and was very pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff, renovated and very clean room and an absolutely fair price. Would come back anytime and can only highly recommend it. The bad reviews are probably from before the renovation, otherwise I can not explain.

This motel 6 is my home away from home. I stay here quite often. Sedonna is so nice and helpful.She makes staying here enjoyable and is so kind and respectful. All of the staff is, honestly. I love staying here purposely for that reason alone! Rooms are modern styled with usb ports near the bed. Best part is that they are pet friendly too. They are also close to attractions and food. Excellent stay, will definitely be back

This was absolutely the best experience we have had at any Motel 6. Freddie, at the front desk, was fabulous!

The room was very clean. We travel a lot for our business and this was likely the cleanest room we have had. We will definitely stay here again when we need to visit Carson City in the future.

We stayed 1 night. I liked the fact that the room was very clean, in few motel 6 you will see this. The room was kinda small, but we did not mind at all. Location is nice and the staff was very friendly. Thanks.
