This was our favorite dining experience of the trip. The steak was well prepared, and the sea bass was served in an eye pleasing display surrounded by perfectly cooked muscles. The prices were about 15% higher than we are used to in our area, but everything is higher in Incline Village. The restaurants atmosphere was perfect for a snowy day.

Danielle is my server and she was wonderful, in fact, the entire experience was! The only thing I would say, is that the food had less flavor than I had expected. It had all the ingredients all the textures, my duck may have been slightly overcooked, as I like rare to medium rare. It was more medium.... And the portion sizes were actually phenomenal. Not overly stating this at all. But often times when you go to places like this, you are left hungry after spending $150 a person. I however couldn't have to search because I was quite full. But to be honest, I started with dessert and that was my boozy hot chocolate. It was wonderful! If there was just a touch more flavor, I would have given it a 5 out of five all day!

Great steak house, right one the water. Had the New york that was cooked to perfection (medium rare). Definitely recommend having the burrata salad to start. For sides, we really liked the mushrooms and the potatoes gratin. Wife had the braised short Rib which was fantastic. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Also after dinner you can walk out side to check out the beach.

Went here for dinner early in January. The restaurant was recommended to me by a friend since it is so close to the Hyatt Regency you can make a day of a little gambling and have dinner at the Lone Eagle. I had the tomahawk ribeye and it was one of the best prepared, juiciest steaks I've ever tasted. My wife had an exceptional cocktail, and we can't recommend the bar enough. The ambiance is very interesting, rustic but refined and the restaurant is quite pricey so make sure you know that going in. It's definitely worth it if you want something exceptional and special. Server did a great job and was very attentive.

I’m big on the vibe and I gotta say the vibe here was excellent. The service was tremendous, the beer selection has Alibi so that made me happy, and most of all my wife was thrilled. This is a great date spot for a lake view meal. 💯 recommend!

Had a great dinner on our first night in Tahoe. Atmosphere is comfortable with very attentive service. Food was excellent, especially the salmon and the bolognese. Portion sizes were very large as well. Highly recommend and would come back for sure.

Amazing place for drinks and hors d’oeuvres - the view is incredible, especially at sunset. Our bartender, Chantelle, was incredibly attentive and had so many recommendations on other great bars and restaurants in the area. Definitely a credit to the establishment.

This was our first visit and this restaurant was added to our absolute favorite places. The sea bass was exceptional, the filet mignon - one of the best top three we had.

Took my girl here on special occasion in celebration for completing the masters program at university.

I booked a reservation online which was fast and simple. We were happy with our table, having a nice view of the lake. The service was above average in general, lacking somewhat at the front door and host station, however, our particular server was very attentive with great serving etiquette.

My girl ordered the gnocchi, which was good but not nearly as good as the half chicken that I ordered. I was impressed by how quickly our food was prepared. The presentation of the dishes was pleasant and they both had great aroma.

Our server and cook staff were gracious enough to give us a sample of the pumpkin and banana soup which was so good I placed an order of the dish to go.

The fresh baked bread was a great addition to both of our meals.

Many of the dishes that came out of the kitchen looked great, and the rest of the menu had very enticing options that I would love to try upon revisiting.

I recommend Lone Eagle Grille based on my experience at the restaurant and as a foodie.

Came here for my fiancés 30th birthday. Everything was absolutely amazing. The service, the drinks, the food and view. It was perfect. I had the Elk, and she had the lobster tail. It was all cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone coming into the area looking for a finer dining experience. Loved it!

Excellent service and very tasty food while dining lakefront in Incline Village. The only mistake we made was sitting in the hot sun. Sit in their shaded areas on hot sunny days!

We tried the hazy IPA, ahi poke, bison burger, and they were kind enough to make a smaller version of their wedge salad. Everything was fantastic, and the fries that came with the burger were perfectly seasoned.

They even comped our parking. What's not to like?

This place was awesome in all aspects. The food was just amazing. We had a four course meal and every plate was perfect with tons of flavor and well presented. The other big thing are the views from this place. Just spectacular. The main dining room has a really nice ambience. Overall, highly recommended.

Very cool venue with very very solid menu. Service was slow--but not for lack of trying, seems like just pandemic understaffing. The staff was super nice and likeable.

First pic is a roasted peach salad, then Caesar, then elk loin, then Bison, then a chocolate desert with a juniper whipped cream, infused rum cake and gold leaf.

Very nice place for lunch on the patio overlooking gorgeous Lake Tahoe. Food was good (though a little pricey, even for the location). Service and views were great.

wow. Just wow. From the inviting service, to the enticing entree flavors, to the quite extensive wine list, we were very impressed. But I will say this: the best part of the entire evening was the view at sunset. It’s breathtaking. After receiving our drinks and ordering our food, the staff said it was okay to go check out the sunset and get a couple of pictures. The sunsets here take your breath away. Let me quickly mention the lodge and rustic park feel to the restaurant as well. This ambiance made eating dinner feel like a ranch in Montana with two high fire places, dimly light tall ceilings, and pillars of cedar surrounding you while you eat. Thank you to the staff at Lone Eagle for such a quality night of memories. Until next time. Cheers mate!

Lone Eagle is definitely our favorite in the area between the Truckee and Tahoe areas. We stumbled upon it exploring and the smell invited us over. We ended up booking a reservation for the following night. They say come as you are for dress but really I would recommend at least a bit nicer attire then coming like you just went hiking down to the beach and back.

Food was fantastic! 5/5 stars all they way!! The service was great and staff was very friendly. Restaurant was very clean and everything was fresh! We weren’t too hungry so we decided to build our own thing from the appetizers. We both had salads and we added shrimp for one and chicken for the other. The chicken was a good portion but the shrimp À la cart you get 4 small shrimp. Also added the pasta Bolognese. The pasta was fresh made and the sauce was excellent! Finished our dining experience with dessert….crème brûlée was heavenly! And the almond jacquard was perfect!

We recommend booking early and I am not sure how one would get a window seat but if you are lucky enough it is a great way to enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner by the lake.

Over of my top 10 restaurants because of the food and views. The dining room was constructed to copy the Ahwanee Lodge in Yosemite. They have had a guitar singer in the bar for 25 years. We found that he retired the night before we are there. We were seated in the bar as we did not have reservations and they were fairly booked up. I would encourage you to get reservations.

You pay a premium price to eat there but it's worth it. The menu has shrunk since we've been there last and the waitress said they are moving towards fine dining. Mostly steak and meat options.

The bread basket is the best so plan on eating several peices. The honey oat rolls are my favorite. We ordered the French onion soup is one of their best selling appetizers and it was delicious. Good balance of cheese, croutons and onion.

The short rib was amazing as was the scallop appetizer. The mushrooms were a little undercooked and the au gratin potatoes were not real flavorful. I've had the dessert there before and it is great. The baked Tahoe is a pretty dessert but not the best.

My husband snd I were told that the alone Eagle was a great restaurant so we decided to eat dinner there tonight. The building does not have its name on it, there’s a sign in the road where you turn in to parking lot. The building isn’t that fancy but inside certainly was. I was surprised how big it was inside. It had two very large stone fireplaces, each one had two sides so everyone could see them no matter where you were seated. We decided to split the filet 10 Oz steak. The sides are separate, we ordered the purée mashed potatoes and mushroom. For an appetizer we had their French onion soup. All the food was great, just the right amount for splitting. We then ordered the crème brûlée which was delicious. The ambiance was perfect, I loved the dining area. I would definitely recommend the Lone Eagle Grille.
