I love Carson City Dermatology!
It is an immaculate facility filled with friendly capable staff. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Tack for the past eight years. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and has a wonderful warm personality. He is a great listener, a humble soul and provides thorough information to our questions.
When I needed a surgical procedure he explained everything he was going to do before hand and then as he worked with exacting precision he continued to assure me the procedure was progressing perfectly and let me know how much longer it would take. He put me at ease.

Melanie Buckley has always provided me with excellent care! She is thorough, answers all my questions, and is so kind. I am so appreciative to receive high quality care like hers in Carson City.

Was greeted and checked in promptly. Visit with Dr. Tack was informative and given guidance as how to overcome my issues. Even though this appointment was to remove stitches only, I was roomed to see Dr. Tack because of my questions, who was very caring and supportive.

I had been going to a different dermatology group for over 10 years and was becoming very unhappy with my surgical treatments for skin cancer. My last procedure left a scar far bigger than necessary, in my opinion. I started researching other groups and found out Amy Schoening had moved to Carson Dermatology. Win, win. She's awesome and the office was curious, clean, and professional.

Friendly staff, quick to get in, and the practitioner was very thorough and took her time to listen to my thoughts. I highly recommend her to others.

My recent visit at Carson Dermatology was very positive. The wait time was minimal, the facility was clean and welcoming and my first time with Amy Schoening, PA-C was very satisfactory. She was thorough, knowledgeable and approachable.

I have always had an excellent experience at Carson Dermatology either being seen by the PA or by a Doctor. The front staff has also been great to deal with. A professional office with a wonderful staff.

I had a concerning spot on my back and when I called for an appointment, I was scheduled for the next day. I was taken back to a room almost immediately. Amy Schoening was extremely friendly and calming, immediately putting me at ease. She reassured me that the spot was normal and asked if she could check my upper body, which was also a relief for me. I have been going to Carson Dermatology for several years, I've seen 3 different practitioners and I have been very happy with the care I've received from everyone.

Most doctor's offices I call I'm put on hold for eternity. I call your office and someone answers immediately and I have an appointment in less than a minute. I was greeted with the same punctuality when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Tucker did a great job "zapping" me and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.

Dr. Tack has been taking care of me for many years and has always been very attentive and concerned for my issues, whether just simple or surgical. He's the best!

I have always had very good service from Carson Dermatology. I have been a patient there for over 25 years. Dr. Jay Adams treated me for over 20 years, and now Dr. Max Gratrix has continued with excellent care.

Welcoming and professional! Enjoyed my experience and left informed. Dr. Tack came highly recommended from a colleague and he will be referred.

I met with Dr. Tack for the first time, and I was impressed with his attitude. We discussed my problems, and he checked them out and offered solutions. Thus our meeting went very well.

My yearly skin evaluation done by Dr. Buckley is very thorough and I leave the appointment feeling confident I’ve been checked for any possible skin issues. She’s easy to talk to and a joy to have as a Dr.

Although the office was pretty crowded, I got in at my appointed time and did not have to wait long for the Dr. Highly recommend

We love Dr. Tack at Carson Dermatology! He is wonderful with my 88-yr-old mom. Dr. Tack always remembers my mom, is very personable and friendly with her, is efficient with his exams and takes the time to explain things to her. His staff also gets her in for appointments quickly if she ever has new any areas of concern she'd like him to look at. We always go out of our way to see him, even though there are many other Dermatologists who are closer to where we live in Reno. This doc is a gem!!
