AT&T Store

The employees in this store are exceptional, Randy helped us and did an amazing job getting us set up with new phones and “the Best Deal” just as advertised. He was efficient and knew what he was doing! We will be returning there for any future needs.

We have had Randy as our Rep for yers now. There is NO ONE... I repeat, NO ONE! who will ever touch our account. Unless he dies or retires this store is our go to. We have two company accounts and although we aren't particularly demanding, we are particular. These guys are on their game, there is literally nothing we have thrown at them that they have not handled. From porting over difficult numbers held by other companies, to managing over 50 lines and keeping our account pristine. You guys are the best AT&T team out there. Thank you

The store rep listened to my situation and desires and then responded with a great solution.
I only hesitate to call it the "perfect fit" because I am waiting to see how AT&T billing changes as we move forward. Thank you!

I highly recommend this AT&T store location. The employees are kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable the time I spent there upgrading my phone and adding a new line. Courtney helped me and she was phenomenal, she found an answer or resolution to any bump in the road.

I went in today 11/14 and ran into a wonderful young lady named Georgia. She was so patient while getting yelled at by another customer for another associates fault. She balanced 3 people’s things all at once and answered everyone’s questions. She is fantastic! She is a great asset to that store.

I just want to start by saying that Grant our sales associate was absolutely amazing!!! He was soo helpful and patient. He walked us through everything with our add ons and our bill. He deserves a raise. He is a shining star in that store. Georgia the other associate was helpful as well she handled all the other customers coming in so grant could cater to us. We had a lot of things going on at once. They both always had smiles on their faces and were very inviting and pleasant. I'll definitely be back to this location thank you both sooo much for everything

I just walked into the store to check out what’s new. Fortunately, I met Grant. Within a few minutes, Grant had me upgrade my phone to the latest and greatest, and actually save money in the process.
I was very impressed with how professional and friendly and efficient this young man was. Good for you AT&T Store Topsy Lane, Carson City.

The store and staff were clean, nicely presented, and welcoming. Knowledgeable, diverse group of customer service professionals that easily interacted together and with guests (I felt like a guest not a customer aka talking price tag)to provide the most enjoyable buying experience. Thank you for showing me a memorable and rather pleasant all inclusive guest experience. Job very well done!!! 💯👍🏾

Grant was amazing very helpful in ever way. He made sure that everything was taken care of before moving on to the next step. There needs to be more people like Grant he was very nice,sweet and understanding. I would definitely recommend people to visit there.

The ladies were knowledgeable and friendly. They talked me off the ledge from my bad experience with Spectrum in good humor and with encouragement. They got my phone up and running and found ways to save me money. Because of these nice ladies, when it is time to upgrade my phone in 4 years i will buy it from AT&T.

My fiance and I were in desperate need of home internet, as we live in a very rural location. Grant was able to bend over backwards to help us out and figure out a solution to our unique situation. One of his coworkers was also able to help out, but I can't remember her name. Shorter, dark hair with glasses.

We came in for a replacement phone for my husband. Erin was so great, we left with a great deal on his phone, an upgrade for me, and an upgrade to our service. The best part is, our bill will be less than what we were previously paying! We were glad we stopped in here. Erin knows what she is doing and we were in good hands!

Erin was wonderful and so helpful. Not only did she find us an upgrade, but she saved us money. Erin is the perfect example of great customer service. Bryan was there and he was very helpful, too. We are fortunate to have such a great store in the area. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Great service from Erin! We had to get new phones that were 4G compatible and had been a few days without service. Erin was so patient with us. She answered all of our questions and was able to get us squared away with phones and a plan that met our needs. She even stayed late to set up our phones as she didn't want us going another day without service. When you go in, ask for Erin!

Georgia and Erin were fantastic. They both deserve a raise. Those two run that store amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

A few weeks ago my husband took my Dad here & I don't think I can say enough Great things about this store & staff! I think the girls name was Erin(?) My Dad dropped his phone & it broke during one of the most upsetting/ sad times in our lives. He needed it replaced & needed extra time, help & caring during the process (My Dad had just turned 75 & he is hearingimpaired) she was the Sweetest person & took great care of him & explained everything ❤ Thank You AT&T for hiring such kind employees & Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking a few extra minutes to make my Dads life a little easier🤍

Update: Yesterday we had to go back to ask another question & again we had another sweet young girl help us, really The Best Customer Service!

Randy is the man to go to for all your ATT needs! Went in there looking to purchase a phone outright (not possible unless you go through Apple directly). Long story short got 2 new phones and a new account set up. Randy was friendly and helpful from the minute we walked in.. personable and patient (we had 3 little kids with us). Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, happy and got the best deal he could do! Will definitely be back for any future phone needs :) thanks Randy for making that easy!

Grant and Mathew are GREAT! They were quick to answer any questions that I had and made the experience of upgrading my phone and service enjoyable. I would highly recommend this store for your AT&T service needs!
