Best Buy

Thank you for your courteous staff, they have been nothing more than helpful and patient with my concerns and questions on the items I purchased within the last month altogether. I have alot of confidence in their expertise.

The staff here was super helpful and greet you at the door and ask if they can help you find what you need! I like that and then I can either reply with what I'm looking for directly or I'm just looking thank you! 😊 but I needed a specific item which they found and we were out of there and done after we got what we needed! So many friendly people here!

This is an excellent Best Buy! As soon as I walked Jakob offered his help which I did need. He found exactly what I needed and showed me how to install the new mouse. The cashier Jasmine was also helpful by offering to see when our points expired. I am glad our Best Buy in Carson City has wonderful service!

I walked in. Nobody knew what I wanted. A guy was listening and knew exactly what I wanted, where it was and what else they had like it. He then took me to the front and checked me out, making sure I had warranty coverage.

Special thanks to Justin and the other folks who went above and beyond making sure we got our price match. Best Buy's system and hoop jumping protocol confused the heck out of me, but Justin got it done. Thanks. Seriously, thanks.

I had really great service here while buying the new mavic drone. Also was being consulted about what headphones to buy and the associate talking to me about the options was really helpful. The security guard who also checked us out was nice as we walked in and left. Don’t live anywhere around here but I wish this was my Best Buy

Justin was super helpful with my laptop purchase. Even though there were some complications with my purchase, he helped me for quite some time to make sure everything was sorted.

Best buy is my go to for electronics. Haven't had a issue with them ever...

Great service as always. Picked up modern warfare two and PGA 2K 23. The guy that helped me was very helpful, nothing was on the shelves but he went in the back and spent about 15 minutes searching but found both games for me. Love the store always having great experience. Last time I was there I was looking for a PS five and they happen to have one which was awesome.

Everyone is helpful and fells welcoming doing business with them.

I typically go to Best Buy for TVs and large appliances. Great prices. Especially open box appliances. I save so much and have never had an issue. Washers. Dryers refrigerators. Will be looking for stove next month

Had to get a specific electronic item today and walked in to the Best Buy store in Carson City. The greeter at the door was very jovial and helpful and sent us back to where we needed to be. We found multiple product types and approached Brandon for some guidance. Really terrific young man who was extraordinarily helpful, did a bit of online sleuthing and found us the exact item we needed. Went home and it worked beautifully. It is nice to know when you go to a “big box” store you can get the exemplary service normally found in the mom and pop stores of old. Very nice service all the way around and kudos to Brandon for his help!

Bryan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my soundbar options for my LG TV.. always a good experience shopping at Best buy.

Nice and clean store with the absolute best staff. As soon as I entered the building I was greeted with a smile and I didn't even have to wait a full 3 seconds, after finding the area I needed, before an associate promptly approached me and helped me through my entire purchase. He was very polite, very attentive, and patiently answered all of my questions. My entire shipping experience was extremely pleasant and I'll definitely be buying electronics here from now on.

I really appreciate the staff here. We have purchased so many items here and we appreciate how everyone treats us. I have not had a negative experience here, ever, at any Best Buy and we've been to dozens of Best Buys throughout Nevada, California, Oregon, Ohio and Florida.

My rating is based on this visit. We had ordered a range online and the delivery date became an issue. Chris at Best Buy was great. He helped us figure out how to get the range to us sooner, with Daniel offering to bring the range to us the next day. We got the range 4 days ahead of the new scheduled date(which was weird, not sure why they delayed the date?) which is awesome since our old range went out and we had no way to cook. Thank you Best Buy Carson and Chris and Daniel.

Clean, well stocked, staffed with friendly people. Seemed a little short on staff when I went but some days are just like that. I didn't have to wait long to ask my question and was helped immediately. Not somewhere I have the chance to shop often but always a nice experience when I do.
