Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa And Casino

This place is such a gem. The location is great, the heated pools and Jacuzzis are amazing when it's snowing outside.

Really the best of all was the food and service. The Lone Eagle Grill was in one word "outstanding." Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. The duck breast I got was out of this world. It is a bit pricey, but we'll worth the hefty price tag.

What highlighted the whole experience was the friendliness of staff, from the valet and front desk, to the housekeepers. This operation is running smoothly in large thanks to the true professional General Manager Pascal, whom I had the great pleasure of meeting. Thank you Pascal, thank you to everyone at Hyatt. Keep up the amazing job 👏 Hope to be back in the near future.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel last week and absolutely loved it!
The room we had was very nice but the management and staff were beyond amazing! Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible.

This was our first stay at this property we were blown away with the great customer service, the beauty of the property and the great location. We will definitely be staying here again during our next trip to Tahoe!

I have to say everything here is out of my expectations! Great location with private beach, outdoor hot tub spa and the fabulous views of Lake Tahoe. They have three restaurants, one Italy one American and one next to the beach. I tried the Italy restaurant, delicious food and terrific service! Nothing I can complain! Now I can’t wait to come back in summer!

Great hotel! Spacious rooms! After a broken water pipe in the casino bathroom not only did they make it right immediately they left my family comfortable and wanting to come back even more. Food is great, drinks are great, locations is STUNNING! You get a number to text at any time for questions or request. I wish they responded sooner but they usually replied with in 10 minutes and at the room a minute later with whatever we needed. Cutest date night restaurant across the street, check out LaFondue! Great mini vacay spot for ALL weather!

This place is absolutely beautiful. It exceeded my expectations, and I had pretty high expectations! It’s hard to believe they are just about to undergo renovation as I thought our lake front cottage was absolutely perfect. The balcony right on the lake, the s’mores at the fire pit, the gorgeous pool (enjoyed in October!), the champagne upon arrival, our great dinner at Cutthroats Saloon and the amazing service by everyone we encountered ensured this will definitely be a repeat visit location for us. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for my finance’s birthday. This place is a fantastic value as a Globalist. We were upgraded to a studio suite at check in and given all kinds of goodies:

-Free s’more kit
-Free other item at Tahoe provisions (their cafe with premade items as well).
-Free parking

For her birthday there was a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a cupcake waiting for us when we arrived at the room.

It’s also great you can use your free breakfast at the restaurant or the cafe to go if you’re busy that morning. The food in general was quite good.

The hotel also has a bunch of activities like archery, snow shoeing, and line dancing most of which are complementary.

The location in incline village is fairly secluded with not a ton of restaurants and shops in the area but that suited us just fine as we came more for nature and to watch the sunset by the lake. It’s also just about a 20 minute drive to Tahoe city if you’re looking for more to do.

Staff were helpful and friendly, housekeeping did a great job.

Great place to stay. Very friendly service, welcome bubbly, great heated outdoor pool, great Globalist recognition, awesome beach and lots of activities for the whole family. We stayed in a Family Suite with bunk beds for the kids which was great. Breakfast buffet is very good - and I am not usually a buffet person.

We stay here every time we go snowboarding at Northstar Resort. The front desk receptionist, Jack, is very welcoming and considerate. We booked through Amex FHR and he was the first person who gave us options to choose a room for an upgrade. We don't prefer a balcony, so a room with a sofa worked out great! Also, breakfast at Sierra Cafe is delicious. I recommend Tahoe Benedict and Steak & egg. Will visit here again next month :)

Great place, great location. Loving to stay there everytime we ski North Tahoe… Amazing hotel and pool. Close to Northstar, Diamond Peak,… perfect with the family. Ps: pls put a real duvet for the bed, not some synthetic fabric…

Great resort , wonderful staff and room service. Visited in winter and great heated pool and hot tub, great views and complimentary smores.

We just finished a week long stay here. The rooms are clean and spacious (we had a king bed room) and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The private beach area was very nice with plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. The only negative I have to say is the location, but it’s not a problem if you don’t mind driving. We are from Houston and are used to driving an hour or so to get somewhere and weren’t bothered by it. To get from the hotel to South Lake Tahoe was about a 35-45 min drive depending on time of day. Not bad, but something to consider if you don’t want the extra drive time.
We will definitely stay here again and were very happy with the service and room.

Amazing property with beautiful beach and awesome customer service. The breakfast in the hotel was really upscale. We have a vegetarian food restriction and the manager Nya took care of us so well with all the food restrictions. At the check-in people were very friendly specially Sunny and give us awesome upgrade being higher globalist. Manager Pascal was very friendly and take care of our every single need very carefully.
How to provide beautiful clear kayak in amazing water as well as paddle boards. Kids enjoy so much. Nighttime making s’more’s on the beach with the fire pit was amazing experience.

My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Lake Tahoe and it was the perfect “home base” for us on our vacation.

The atmosphere in the lobby is welcoming and just what you’d want from your time in Lake Tahoe. It’s warm and inviting with its fireplaces and leather couches.

We loved all the amenities and felt like the resort fee was fairly priced for what you get. The beach is gorgeous and there never seemed to be more people that chairs, which isn’t always the case with hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. The employees who work at the beach are helpful with towels and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub are nice as well. The pool is heated so it was nice to use that even during cool evenings. My favorite feature is the hot tubs. There are two, each kept at different temperatures. They are large and we never felt overcrowded in them. The s’mores kits are a fun addition to look forward to roasting over one of the hotels several fire pits.

Our room was comfortable, however, the pillows could have been much better. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom.

Amazing place. Best wooded area I have ever seen. The hotel was recently purchased and is being renovated. Amazing lake and location.

My husband and I had our wedding here, and boy was it magical! Shannon Nevins did everything she could to make our wedding a true fairytale; our guests loved the water garden venue, and LOVED the food we chose for our buffet. Thank you so much Hyatt, we not only loved our wedding but enjoyed our 3-day mini-moon after! And Shannon, keep being amazing!

The Hyatt has such a great mountain vibe! I love the decor, the ambiance, and especially the courteous and helpful staff!

This was a stop on a road trip and glad we made it. The drive from Reno over Mount Rose is perfection and then you arrive at the property and it’s relaxing and beautiful.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The views are amazing, the casino is enjoyable and provided good up and downs for winning. Lol

Staff are amazing and have had great interactions from all, especially Miguel at the beach front bar.

Now the only complaint is the elevators. They only had one running so it made it very time consuming when you wanted to go to your room during peak times.

But then I look at the views and the grounds and all is forgiven. Could have taken the stairs, but was too lazy to go up 12 floors - my bad.

I loved the views . It was during a snow storm . The Eagle restaurant across the way was beautiful and stocked full of California wines and champagne. The hotel assisted us in finding a driver with a SUV .

Amazing location. Surprisingly improved food and super friendly folks. They staffed up a lot for the summer on the beach and it was really well done. Some of the rooms are dark/dates, but it would be a shame to spend too much time in the room — this is one of the best spots on the lake!
