I purchased a mattress several years ago from Mattress Land and returned because of my prior satisfaction. About five months ago I began another search for a mattress and worked with Bret Kulwin. Bret was personable, respectful and knowledgeable of all products. Due to circumstances at the time, I could not follow through with a purchase. However, today I returned to see Bret and followed through with a purchase. Bret remembered me and the type of mattress I was desiring and was no less helpful than before. I recommend Bret and Mattress Land for anyone seeking a better sleep.

John was so BEYOND helpful with our search for a new mattress. We came in very unsure of what we were looking for and John spent the time with us to make sure that we knew how to make an informed decision. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product - beyond what I could’ve hoped for when coming into the store. We felt zero pressure to make a purchase but were instilled with the confidence to pull the trigger and buy a new mattress. Began looking for a new mattress for master bedroom first of year. Checked out a few stores and ended up at Mattress Land Sleep Fit for a number of reasons.
1. The store was very clean and well organized with informational signage on every item.
2. There were a lot of choices that you could lay on and test. We didn't end up taking a nap, but came close a couple of times.
3. Worked with Bret Kulwin who was very helpful in answering our questions and we had many. His patience was indeed a virtue. His polite insistence on our testing each choice to insure we were choosing the BEST mattress for each of us was great advice. He kept insisting we should try taking a nap!
4. Bret had a number of really good suggestions for us to consider as we got further into the decision process.
5. Unlike in a couple other stores we visited, he seemed very interested in making sure we were making the best decision for us based on our needs and desires and he was always available to answer our questions.
6. Made three trips to the store as we began to finalize our decision.
7. Finally ended up choosing Tempurpedic and an adjustable base.
8. It was a pleasant experience, no hassle, no pressure.
9. Based on the mattress warranty, we'll be back in another 10 to 20 years.

Bret at Mattress land was so helpful when purchasing my new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting us what we needed, which was extremely appreciated since I had my two kiddos with me. He was friendly, and not pushy about making a sale. 10/10

Bret was great. He was an expert in all mattresses. He was patient as we had a grandkids with us and they were being unruly. He took the tie to explain each brand and gave us time to think about what we wanted. Once we decided, he helped me through the whole finance/payment options.

So, to make a long story a bit shorter. I was in the market for a different bed. Well, after receiving 3 defective beds I decided to check out Mattress Land. I was greeted right away with a very friendly gentleman. Bret showed me several beds and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Bret made the whole process from A to Z a wonderful experience and also added a bit of humor, which brought up my mood. Thank you Bret for your excellent customer service.
