They need a better selection of men's and boys clothes. Could have a better selection dresses also. But girls babies and womens clothes it's your spot. Please bigger and better selection for men and boys it's actually kind of a major disappointment when Walmart has a better selection

Mercedes was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. She assisted me with opening the back dressing rooms when she didn't have to, and assisted me with a, what could have been a hassle for another employee. She was upbeat and cheerful. Thank you so much for your kidness after I was having a rough couple days. You rock.

Ross is not just a dress store. All the things I have found there for presents and for myself! The aisles are wide enough for the cart to get through, but the shelves have so many different choices! Oh I can get lost in that store! The ideas, the presents! The options change frequently. It's like a whole new store each time I visit.

Love Ross and I'm sorry I didn't get her name but the lady working in the fitting room today 12-22-2017-friday at 1:00 pm. She suggested a great sale item and I bought it. She is fabulous!!

Saturday, 6/4/22 around 7pm. The guy who was a cashier had excellent customer service. Lovely store. Loved the clean store.

Usually I shop for a specific item & ignore all the wonderful other stock ... I'd be broke otherwise. Got what I wanted, a nice handbag for a nice price.

As expected.--It's a Ross. Store was nicely kept. Staff everywhere--also very helpful and friendly. Dressing rooms were closed due to COVID restrictions.

This store is small, but is well stocked. I can usually find what I need. Good customer service as well.
