Raley's

Last-minute Christmas items caused me to place an order online, which is not something I like to do for groceries. However, this Raley's made it easy, and ensured it'll be a repeat process. While I initially had a bit of difficulty ordering the size of roast, the ordering process went smoothly, my coupons were honored, and the employee contacted me regarding her questions. When I arrived, she came out with the Order so quickly that I barely had time to get out to help. She was neatly dressed, friendly, helpful, and a good sales ambassador as we discussed the quality of roasts she'd been pulling for orders. We wished each other Merry Christmas and I was out of the lot in minutes. One of the best customer service experiences I've had recently. Having had a few unpleasant shopping trips elsewhere made this one shine!

Bank of America ATM inside of it. Nice place. If you're from outta town it's your normal full on grocery store. And if you're from a state that doesn't sell liquor in grocery stores, well this place has just that. So that's a win win. Oh and there's like four slot machines in here too haha.

Prices are a little higher here, but employees are awesome! Friendly, helpful, and they care.

I had an issue with my rewards. I wasn't feeling my best either, and I apologize for not getting the lady who assisted me. But they were so patient with me in understanding how the rewards cash works. Good job Raleys Ladies, having worked on customer service myself I can be the first one to tell you that it definitely takes a certain someone to fulfill that work position. But you guys, do it with your whole heartedness.

Always clean and well organized. Excellent produce. Staff is helpful and friendly. Easy parking. September 2023, They have started a new digital coupon system. We used it with no problems after manager helped, she was a big help.
But this trip the system was down for about 3 days. Already entered all the coupons on last Wed. The manager was every helpful in checking what was brought and paper coupons. He was a big help and I will wait to see how the system fares in future visits. Note: Best to check for digital coupons on Wednesdays no matter what day you shop. Keep you posted

Am visiting from out of town. This store its within walking distance to home base and has really nice sales right now.

Well stocked and a great selection. The prices are higher than Walmart but I think for the quality it's fair. When my dad tried to bag our groceries I was so impressed that they insisted on doing it for us. You can tell they take good care of their employees.

A little high on food prices but a good place to shop.

I stopped there to get morning snacks for 3 lady Canasta players. I found the Orange/Cranberry Scones I wanted. Then I took the time to wander the store. I was impressed. Every category of grocery was available and more including seasonal gifts & sundries. Further, the aisles are wide, the store clean & well lighted. The produce area was attractive with a good variety of fruits & veggies. The cashier was efficient & friendly. Overall, a good experience from start to finish.

Most expensive groceries in town. However the produce is the highest quality.

Deli offering Homestyle Meatloaf , Cornbread, Tri Tip, Fried Chicken and Rotisserie Style, Salads,. Bakery has delicious desserts, cakes

Very clean good product and people

Clean store with friendly, helpful staff and well-stocked with most items. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The addition of fresh sushi is appreciated! Best fresh produce selection in town -- in fact, now that I enjoy a smoothie every morning, Raley's is my go-to source for fresh produce.

Amazing store with lots of healthy food options. The employees are so nice and the store is very clean.

This is the only place I buy groceries, frankly. I have no reason to go anywhere else. Good produce, lots of organics, good selection, friendly service, fast checkout. Wish they carried the Simply Potatoes Southwest Hash Bowns so I didn't have to drive to Safeway in Reno to get them.

This is my #1 grocery store in Carson City!

Always shop here. Its a little pricey. You get what you pay for. They have great meat selection and the vegis are probably the best in town. In my opinion
