Spice It Up

My husband and I tried Spice it up for the very first time and it was absolutely delicious. I called it in and it was ready in roughly 15mins. Service was great! Definitely will be back in the future to try different dishes that they offer.

My friends and I had the BEST experience here! The owner and all employees were so friendly and had exceptional customer service! The food was FANTASTIC! I had the butter chicken and garlic naan. Blown away by the hospitality that Spice It Up offered us! Highly recommend!

The cauliflower rice is AMAZING!!
Seriously. Better than regular rice. I know, sounds crazy but it's true!!
It cost a few dollars more but it's totally worth it. The cook actually fried it up fresh. Not soggy whatsoever and full of flavor!!
This is the absolute BEST food place in all of Alaska. Hands down. No competition. Friendly service, fresh and fast food and the flavor is outta this world.
Pro tip: Mix your salad in with your dish. It adds the perfect crunch.
I would eat here at least 4 times a week if I lived in Fairbanks. Haha

Went there today. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly. The owner even came over.and he.was super nice to us. I definitely will be going back. And I love curry chicken and this is the best I ever.had.

Delicious and authentic! I'm a vegetarian and was slightly skeptical that there is just one item on the menu, Chana masala, that was vegetarian but the dish was homely and delicious, even better than I've had anywhere else in Boston or in my several visits to California. The naan was amazingly fresh as well. To echo many other reviews, the hospitality of the staff is very heart-warming. All in all, one of the best places I've eaten at in and out of Alaska.

Wonderful!! Service was amazing and the food was even better! The butter chicken had just the right spice and the Chanda Masala was perfect for the 4 year old! Definitely visit!

Oh my goodness!! The food is absolutely delicious. The naan is so tasty and big enough portion. The saffron rice to die for! My husband got the chicken curry rice while I went for the butter chicken and rice. Both have a different gravy and they are lovely in flavor. Their mango lassi is a hit, I think my husband and I fought over the last one they had 😁

Excellent chana masala, garlic naan, and samosas. Stop by here for some quick and tasty Indian cuisine while you are in Fairbanks!

I've been getting food here for a while. I love the menu. But then, my man brings back the Naanwich...🔥🔥🔥 Now, I have to come back every Saturday for it. Lamb Naanwich.. I'm done!

Amazing food. Must try if u r Indian food lover. You can do combo of lamb and chk or chick peas.

The chana masala is delicious! Love the white sauce on top too.

I ordered lamb and butter chicken combo box (they let you mix and match menu items). The portion is generous. I wanted to stop eating but I couldn't. It was that delicious! (Perhaps it was the sauce on top) the basmati rice was spiced and very tasty.
The place is tucked away in a non-touristy area. Probably a local favorite. It is certainly one of my favorites in Fairbanks!

First stop on our Alaska trip and it definitely did not disappoint! Amazing food and service. We ordered a chicken gyro and it was delicious. The sauces were unique and flavorful! We want to come back and try more food. Definitely recommend! Also owner was super friendly!

I got the lamb it was amazing very good. The bread tortilla that it was wrapped in was so soft and chewy. The naan bread is harder and thin but good still! The somosas we're also super good bigger than I'm used to. People are very nice.

Outstanding and fresh food. Like how they cube and cut the meat and food. Is great deal for the food, they serve large portions. Everything on the menu is great. First place I’ve had a lot of firsts in this cuisine, on any given day the best place for Mediterranean food in Fairbanks. Give them a try it’s an amazing spot.

Love Spice It Up! I'm hooked on the lamb gyro. But really, anything I've tried here is awesome! The owner is so hard working and takes a lot of pride in his business. One of the best quick local restaurants.

Butter chicken and garlic naan are great. Slightly expensive but will definitely be coming back often.

I work and live on this side of town and this place has been my go to for a long time. It's so convenient and the food is delicious. The spices mixed with the cream sauce is fantastic. Truly a staple of Fairbanks.
