This place is great. The sales staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive.
Lots of inventory to choose from.
Really my only complaint would be if I had one that there was too much too look at.

i love this store. they have a huge selection. i got my glass from here and love it, price was good and i like it a lot. friendly and knowledgeable staff as well that gave me some good recommendations on my vape mod as well. i always get my vape mod parts and the finest eliquids here. i like the Lemon lush and cotton clouds. best pricing in town. i also get all my tobacco leafs here, great selection. would definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for smoking accessories or devices.

The go to store on east side for a large selection of disposable and refillable nicotine vapes, smoking accessories, gifts, and located in the same plaza, Mary Jane! You can find the weed at the Best Buds store right at the other end of the plaza. Good quality prices and product. Recommend

One of the best businesses in Fairbanks. Staff have stellar customer service, are polite, respectful, knowledgeable, consistent (both in terms of the same people and in regards to service), and generous. Their recommendations are expert and while their store has an almost overwhelming inventory, it is superbly organized with staff quickly and easily able to help locate what you're looking for. Their inventory is quality without having to worry about breaking the bank or spending too much. You get what you pay for does not necessarily apply here because the quality is consistent across the board. Every purchase has exceeded expectations. I'd also like to specifically recognize the owner for fostering such a great culture within his business while also working to build a sense of community among his customers. Rich, you're awesome and I appreciate the work you do!

Went in looking for a company Christmas present at about 6 today. The employee there was super helpful and was able to take care of several customers while I took my time deciding. Sometimes at a pipe shop, you can feel ignored when it gets busy, but she handled it great and offered several good options before I made my selection. I've been in customer service for a couple decades now, so I really appreciate when it's done well.

When I got into Smok'in Deals, I was greeted promptly and given assistance right away. When I got my item, I was refered to other accessories that may help keep that item safer and even some that could be better replacements if the quality didn't meet my standards after using it. Great service and choices of tobacco-free wraps, as well as many nicotine-free vape juices.

The workers are very polite and they help you out with whatever you want to purchase

True to their name, Smokin Deals has some of the best priced items I've seen in Fairbanks, and not only that bust the manager I delt with there was enthusiastic and knowledgeable when sharing information about the store and its items. I love this place and would go there first when looking for a specific item. This is a wonderful shop!

The best place for all deals! I'm not new to the puff bars it keeps me off the cig packs and these folks always have the best deals and not to mention the customer service is on point! I go in to buy a piece for a friend wout wheels… at first i was embarassed.but whenever it became a reg weekly thing they already had the item ready to check out once I.was.ready! Great place!

Conveniently located and open till midnight. Their selection of smoking accessories is pretty good and the prices aren't bad either. They even have a rewards plan and the staff is always very friendly, pleasant and helpful. If you need a pack of smokes or some paraphanelia this is an excellent place to shop.

I consider myself a regular customer of Smokin’ Deals. I work down the street and for the last couple of years, I have stopped in on an almost daily to get cigarettes, something to drink, or a snack.

I could run across the street to either of the two gas stations to grab the same products at cheaper prices but what has kept me a loyal customer of Smokin’ Deals are the interactions I’ve had with their employees and the customer service I have received.

I have gotten to know Danny (who is always thoughtful and attentive), Earl (who I can’t say enough good things about), Kai (who is extremely sweet and definitely knows her business) and Shawnise (who I don’t see as often anymore but always has a ready smile and who seems to always be working hard to please the customers).

While all the employees are pleasant and competent, I don’t regularly interact with or know the names of every employee who works there so this review is written with regards to the employees that I have mentioned above.

Every time I enter,I am not only greeted warmly but Earl, Danny, Shawnise and Kai all take the time to ask me specific questions about my life (not just a quick "how are ya?’ but SPECIFIC, like "how’s your wrist feeling? You said it was bothering you a couple days ago.") which let me know that they see me as more than a nameless, faceless customer.

I have never once gone in and seen them "lazing about". They always seem to be doing something productive. When not helping customers, they are always doing paperwork, cleaning, or organizing. The times I’ve come in looking for high end products, they all demonstrated thorough knowledge about their inventory and competence in being able to effectively meet my needs.

I want to give a specific shout out to Earl. He’s worked there since before I became a daily customer and every time I walk in and find that he is working, it never fails to make my day a littler brighter. He has an honest and caring quality about him that is reflected in his interactions with the customers. The few times that I’ve had to wait in line for a couple minutes because he is tending to another customer, I’ve noticed that they also receive the same level of care and attention that he gives to me.

From what I have witnessed over the years, Earl has shown a true sense of integrity and diligence when working. He displays a stellar work ethic and genuine care for his customers. I feel that he elevates the level of customer service and professionalism at the shop which seems to uplift those around him and inspire them to aim for the same level of integrity.

These are qualities that can be hard to come by in people and the fact that he possesses them in spades is what makes him such a valuable asset to the shop. He is a true MVP among a team of fantastic employees and is probably the main reason I became a loyal customer in the first place.

I will continue to be a regular customer so long as the managers and owners of Smokin’ Deals make it a priority to retain such stellar employees. I hope that management recognizes how truly valuable the employees I’ve mentioned are and rewards them accordingly. After all, it is the employees, not the inventory or products offered, that makes Smokin’ Deals a successful business.

Love their wide range of vape options and prices and great customer service

This place looks sketchy as HELL 🤣👏 but once inside it's actually a really neat little store with heaps of inventory. But that's not the best part, their employees were super great--attentive and knowledgeable, they helped me get exactly the vaporizer I needed, out of dozens of choices

Some of the nicest and most informed people I've ever encountered. Not only were they able to answer my questions about what I was buying but they also held a conversation that answered questions I didn't even know I had. Definitely the type of people I would love to share a joint with.

Amazing staff. They only ever treat me greatly. They the plug and I pull up they roll out the carpet. Much appreesh y'all. The biggest preesh. Big 5 star for big feels. Everyone go here. Best poopy heady shop in town bar NOnE. They even let me poop in their toilet and never say it stink. Big preesh on you. 🙌✊👍

The best smoke shop in Fairbanks for me. If I need a vape, dab rig or any accessories. Earl and sometimes the other employees knows what’s up (But Earl is the most awesome) and will offer new and better ways for you to smoke at great prices.
