Brewsters Restaurant

This place was probably the best place we ate at in Fairbanks. The food was so tasty. Cheese curds and potatoe skins were delicious. Our burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted exceptional. Everyone was very friendly.

Restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. Food came out quick and was delicious. The Caesar salad was huge, perfect amount of dressing, and the lettuce was fresh. The popcorn shrimp breading had a really good Cajun flavor and the cocktail sauce was amazing. The Reuben was very good, a little too much sauce so it got soggy quick. The jalapeño burger had a great bite and the waffle fries were very tasty. We’ll definitely be back.

Like the warmth of a lantern in the night beckoning weary travelers near, Brewsters pulls the local Fairbanks crowd in for a bustling local scene, tempting patrons with classic American-style eats and bar-like atmosphere. I especially am a fan of their appetizers, such as the quesadillas and cheese curds. Brewsters is one of my favorites, and could be yours too!

I have been here a few times now. It isn't going to win any awards but everything I've had to eat here has been really good, steak, salad, and burgers. I also really like that the bar and restaurant are distinct areas because I prefer to dine in a pub atmosphere.

Very good bar food - the waffle fries were crispy and hot. I had their steak tips and they were beyond amazing - it's in the appetizer menu but I ended up taking leftovers back to the hotel because it's a good portion of food.
My friend got the Pepper Jam burger and polished off the whole thing only stopping to tell us it was good.

Huge portions so order accordingly.
A nice place with good service and decent American food .
We had to put most of the order in a box and eat the next day .
Got the halibut and chips, salmon salad and the halibut tacos .
All were great and the service was quick as well.
I recommend this place for people in town for a nice comfortable dinner

Everything here was great! The burgers were delicious. Our waiter was friendly. The atmosphere was great. We didn’t go here expecting them to knock it out of the park but they sure did! Hidden gem for sure!

We were in Fairbanks to goof off and relax for a few days. We got there on a Sunday afternoon and after doing some tourist things, started looking for a place to eat. We wanted something local and not a big chain restaurant. Wow, seemed that everything we looked at was closed. Finally settled on Silver Gulch Brewing Co. We left after only a drink. They were out of everything!! We then went to Brewsters. So happy we did!! We got a friendly greeting and we're seated promptly although they were very busy. The service was great, food was hot and fresh and portions were large. Atmosphere was great - that of a diner. I highly recommend Brewsters if you are visiting Fairbanks.

Food was sooo good. Amazing flavor. As soon as u walk in you can smell the steaks and they they will be delicious 😋.

This place is a local favorite and the food is amazing. We got ribeyes and they were cooked to perfection and came with like 4 sides - great value for money. If you want a good meal you really need to give it a try.

Update 02-17-24: Still great food and great service. Guacamole bacon burger with thick fries was great. Wife's Halibut and fries (Fish & Chips) were also great. Waiter kept us well stocked with drinks! Fantastic meal!

The halibut was super good! (Pump house was a little better though) The burgers were good but not amazing, the steak fries were pretty good, the waffle fries were very good. The mozzarella balls with the sauce were amazing! Would go again for sure, but it wasn't the best place I've eaten.

We were so hungry and trying to find someplace to eat after the drive back from Chena Hot Springs. We were able to get a table right away at 9pm and were paid and leaving by 10. Service was very efficient; my burger was delicious and cooked to perfection

We ordered the Alaskan Amber beer battered, deep fried Alaskan Halibut with steak fries, Smoked Porter Burger with waffle fries, Signature Steak Bits, Strawberry Milkshake & their soup of the day (creamy chicken with rice), Southwest Eggrolls and a Bacon Burger for dinner. Friendly customer service here and the food came out really good! Nicely plated too. Thank you.

Surprisingly excellent food. The bartender always recommends the hamburgers (they are very good), but the Steak Bits, salads, and Pasta are also good choices. Nice selection of Bourbons and other libations.

Amazing service! Our bartender was so nice and explained their beer selection to us. Then somehow understood our friend who wanted a beer flight but was only using her hands to gesture the shape of a rectangle. And then brought us all flights since we all changed our minds on what we wanted. Plus the food was delicious!

Very good food, and good selection of beer and vine. Good place to go if you want a very Tasty burger !

Very good food. Nice laid back atmosphere. They even served sweet tea here. Unfortunately, we were seated near the door and stayed chilly. The mashed potatoes were a little too mushy for my liking. The vegetables had a light dill flavor, I quite liked it.
