Nova care has been a great experience for my situation. The staff has been very knowledgeable very supportive extremely kind. They made it feel very personal. Jodene was my PT and she has become a very special person to me. I will never forget her.

Professional and polite describes everyone at this office. I have been in the movement profession for 40 years. The PT and assistants are very knowledgeable and speak and direct me at my level. I am getting the results I was looking for quickly and noticing other areas that need attention; they’re looking at the whole body which I believe is SO important.
Mark puts such positive energy into my PT session - you can tell that he does love his work.

Ben was the first PT at Nova I saw and he is great (as all the other folks). He always asks and listens to how I am. Great massages to sore areas before we start exercises.

The entire staff at NovaCare Rehabilitation - Frederick is fantastic. I went through a lengthy rehab from surgery for a torn rotator cuff and I had the opportunity to work with many of them. Hali, Mark, Faryn, and Ashley were all extremely knowledgeable about my surgery and the best methods to help with my rehabilitation. Their skills are also very complimentary to each other - each with expertise in different areas that all contributed to my recovery. I cannot recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation in Frederick highly enough. They are terrific! I have had land based and aqua PT here and both have been very beneficial. So far, I have worked with Ashley, Faryn, and Jodene ("Jo"), all of whom have been exceptional. Seriously, every interaction has been great. Each therapist is professional (they know their stuff), kind and compassionate. They even make PT fun! The front desk staff are also a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work!

I recently had a total knee replacement and I couldn’t think of a better place to receive my therapy. The staff, especially Faryn, has made my outpatient therapy a less stressful and positive experience. The staff has made every effort to make scheduling my appointments convenient to my needs.

I have had to use the facility on 84 Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick, MD for PT several times over the past three years for different reasons. The staff there is top notch and I have always gotten good results from their therapy. Additionally, I had a billing issue with the accounting side of this facility that I knew was incorrect. Thinking it was going to be a hassle, I called their customer service department for resolution. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently it was resolved. And even more, not only was the error I called about corrected, but the representative took the initiative to look over the rest of my charges awaiting insurance approval and discovered another error from their end and corrected it also. I couldn't have asked for better service than this.

One of the best referrals I have ever had was when I was told about Novacare on Thomas Johnson Court. I first started having Aquatic Therapy with Jo Acierno because I had so much trouble walking due to the excruciating pain that was coming from my hip. The buoyancy of the water and Jo’s patience and professional guidance got me through some of the worst times I ever experienced.

Then I had my hip replaced, and I initially could only work out on land. Mark Acierno and the wonderful team at Novacare took great care of me. Their kind words and support helped reassure me that I would be able to resume my happy lifestyle. They helped me have a positive outlook, and for the first time in my life I looked forward to working out.

The exercises Mark and Jo taught me gave me the skills to get my muscles and joints back into shape. I am so grateful. I can now pick up my granddaughter and lead a full life thanks to the wonderful care I received at Novacare on Thomas Johnson Court! I can't say enough about Hali's level of care and excellence. With 2 knee replacements now, she has helped me gain mobility and strength in record time. I was able to get back to work quickly with the first surgery and am well on my well for the 2nd.

I can't say enough good things about my care at NovaCare on Thomas Johnson Drive. I was searching for Aqua Therapy and was pleased to find NovaCare Rehabilitation in Frederick. As a Senior with a partial hip replacement I found land therapy difficult. Kudos to Jodene Acierno for all her hard work and direction in helping me to lead a more pain free, flexible life. Jodene takes the time to explain what I am doing and how it will help my body talk to my brain to retrain muscles that have not worked well together for a long time. I could not ask for a more caring therapist. The whole staff has been kind and answered all my questions. If you are looking for excellent Aqua Therapy this is the place to call.

I thought my therapist, Ashley listened well to my concerns, she gave me work to do that I could practice at home and the time in the clinic was productive. 5 stars because I felt less pain after several days.
