Update 5/6: After my second visit, bottlehouse was great! Sometimes it takes two visits to get the experience everyone else has, but our waiter Paul was AMAZING and everything we got was delicious. The perfect place for a date night and I would recommend the Mac n Cheese & Tuna Crudo. Everything was so fresh and their House Pot de creme dessert was the perfect dessert to end the meal.

Overall okay experience! The space itself is very cute and cozy, perf summer day place. I expected more out of the appetizers and food on the menu. The charcuterie board could be more elevated and we were definitely expecting more out of the board since this is mainly a wine/cocktail bar.

Went on business. Nestled in the neighborhood, this house-based venue has lots of ambience for indoor and outdoor seating. Tried my first red from Lebanon and loved it. They have delicious truffles and there’s no reason not to try each of the flavors. Their pickled eggs turned out to be a wonderful surprise. See photo below. Easy place to take a guest and impress. Service was good.

We hosted our wedding welcome party here in late September on a Friday night and it was the BEST! We had about 60 guests and rented the side and back garden areas. Kehani was an absolute treasure- from start to finish. We met beforehand to plan the menu and get a good idea of the layout, discuss music, lighting etc. The amount and quality of the food was incredible- we got so many compliments about the venue - the wine and food were both such a hit. Almost all of our guests flew in from out of state/country and we were delighted to show them our favorite wine bar in Seattle. Would highly recommend- so many thanks to Kehani and the rest of the Bottlehouse staff who made our evening so memorable.

Food was phenomenal and literally every dish just kept getting better and better!
The coziest back patio for outside seating that just made it feel so homey. I haven’t stopped talking about this place and can’t wait to come back!!! Also, get the Mac and cheese… just do it!!

Awesome little spot for a drink and a light meal! My wife and I got their happy hour cheese plate and the Parisian sandwich. Both were perfect to share! Employee’s were all fantastic! Becca was our server, she gave great recommendations for cider. The tall bearded gentleman (never caught his name) that sat us at our table and brought our food was extremely helpful. Our table was unlevel and he promptly fixed it without us having to say a word about it. Answered any and all questions we had regarding our meal. Would definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

Beautiful space, and delicious food and drinks. One of my faves in the city and somewhere that makes Seattle a truly magical place to live. The patio is dog-friendly.

Randomly discovered this spot yesterday. Had drinks with my husband here and it was super cozy. The wine list is excellent and Tomas was very helpful! He will take care of you.

We'll definitely plan to return.
Also if you are lactose intolerant like I am, plan to bring Lactaid. They are dairy heavy. 😉

I was there last night I had an exceptional experience! Annabell our server was delightful and gave excellent service the highlight of the evening for me was the desert which Evan had made I asked who had made this creation I literally cried it was that good move over Frans! Complex intense and addictive! If you love chocolate you owe it to yourself to have this desert it is like a chocolate mousse with coddled cream and pistachios on top Evan told me that this one has Rose in it sometimes it has orange blossom sometimes lavender however I am sure this will not be the last time I come to this establishment other things were fabulous as well but this was a standout thank you so much what a lovely experience!

Pretty atmospheric place great for drinking. Wide selection of wine, great cheeses but not too great if you are really hungry as the choose of food is pretty limited to salads and sandwiches. I got the crème desert and didn’t find it tasty but may be because it was just too chocolataty for me

Amazing restaurant for small eats and quality drinks. Service is prompt and kind. Ambiance is refined without being pretentious. GET THE AIOLI PLATE on the side of your meal. Simple ingredients done PERFECTLY. Holiday punch is delightful and has the perfect seasonal flavor profile. Serving team is sweet, attentive and friendly. Not really a place for small kids or pets, but i’ve seen young families with babies be accommodated with care here. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough. 10/10 a win every time.

Fantastic service, atmosphere, and wine! I wish they took reservations but instead you have to go in and put your name down for a table. I’m glad we waited though, and I’ll definitely go back again!

What a nice and quaint restaurant! They specialize in cheese and wine pairings. I think they said they have ~40 different types of cheeses. Everything was delicious and the ambiance was great for a date night or to catch up with friends 😊

JC One Liner Review: A place with CA vibe, fun, and romantic place.

It is a wine bar, and it is very romantic. I recommend a visit at night. Sit outside with lights above you. They have heaters out. We ordered a cheese platter with a glass of wine and a bottle of cider. You can find many places like this wine bar in CA state, but unfortunately, this was the only one I found in Washington.

Tips: Bring your date, and this place will help step up your game.

We hosted our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner on the back patio in July this year. Approx. 50 guests. It was perfect! The food was delicious and abundant and the drinks were flowing! Kehani (the event manager) was really lovely to work with, very detail oriented, and she made everything so easy. What a fun party, everybody had a great time and the patio was delightful. An urban oasis.

Long time customer: since they first opened. Love seeing this place grow! Fantastic flights. Great wine and sherry list. Wine based cocktails and wonderful small bites food. The outdoor patio and garden space is magical! And the indoor seating is homet and cozy. Service is friendly and knowledgeable.
