Ambulatory Care Center (ACC)

I’m in my 12th month here at the Ambulatory Care Center at UMASS. The experience has been consistent with a high level of caring and compassion and most importantly effective. Highly recommended!!

I started coming here in 2020 to the podiatrist and ended up with the ankle surgeon Dr. Abhay Patel. He preformed 8 foot surgeries on me over a 3yr period and I can honestly say if it wasn’t for him fixing my foot I would not be walking around at all. I had a great experience there and highly recommended him for a foot surgeon. He is straight forward and tells his patients like it is, but also will listen to all your questions and concerns. An excellent facility with exemplary staff. Everyone was efficient and kind. I was treated with the utmost care.

I have been going to this hospital for many years. They are always so thorough. The layout is great and the parking is easy.

My mother received treatment for cancer mostly out of this building at the BMTU. The staff was always very kind and knowledgeable.

I always get done exactly what I need to. Everything is efficient no problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was incredibly pushy and would not wait for me to complete a sentence before talking over me. If you being treated like dirt this is the place to come. Even the podiatrist shut me up after I responded a simple yes, saying she wasn’t done yet. Hands down the worst medical care I have ever received
