Definitely the best experience I've had at a Red Wings store. The staff was a great help. They were so knowledgeable and attentive. They understood what I was looking for based off my previous purchases and their first suggestion was perfect. Shrewsbury will definitely be the Red Wings store I return to for all future needs.

Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable. I only purchased that day because of him. He has a good balance of customer service and salesmanship. The shoes were great, and he nailed what I needed on the first try. Even though he was running between serval clients, everyone seemed to be well attended to and not rushed at all. If you're in need of new boots, he'll get you where you want to go.

Absolutely loved my experience! I've always bought Redwing boots but never at one of your locations and I'll definitely becoming back from now on as my top pick! Pat Murphy is the definition of the type of person you want working at your store! I am soo grateful of him and the help I received! Can't explain the level of care I received while purchasing my boot at this store. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door by Pat Murphy he was professional and got me the exact fit I needed. Pat knows what he's talking about and took his time to make sure I got exactly what I was paying for.

Easily the best service I have had from a store period. Got in just as they got busy the man working was helping another customer but helped me where he found time in between. He Thanked me for my patience and found me easily the best boot fit Ive ever had. I have wide feet and Olympic level calves but he managed to find something that fit like a glove. He knew exactly what I needed down to puncture resistant soles. The boots are extremely comfortable and stand up to the river I sit in all day. Never saw Redwing as nothing more than a "High Cost Brand" boot but I will be coming back in the future when I am in need of another pair.

Great staff, extremely knowledgeable and precise. On my second pair and had my first re soled and they came back like new. Highly recommended Redwing boots, very comfortable

Best boots for diesel mechanics fleet repair

Went there this morning, and would’ve never expected the level of customer service I received. Pat is incredibly personable and is exceptional in his ability to convey a wealth of information without making you feel overwhelmed. Having known very little about boots walking in, if upon walking out there had been a test, I feel confident that with the crash course Pat provided, that I would do well enough. We did a foot scan, and he clearly and methodically went over every aspect, in a way that made wonder if I’ve ever met a medical practitioner as diligent as his him. Can’t say enough good things about my experience.

John and Cassandra just helped make my life much easier! I bought a model of boot that didn't fit my foot correctly and realized it after wearing them for a couple weeks they solved my issue with no hassle and got me in the right pair I would recommend this store and company in general to anyone in the market for boots or shoes! Best pair of boots on the market for someone in the trades or is on their feet constantly. Small little storefront but well stocked. Something for everyone. The staff are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and care about the brand. Makes shopping easy and enjoyable. You leave with a pair of comfortable boots that will last a long time.

They sell all manner of accessories and can even scan your feet to fit you for custom orthotics as well. Well worth it!

I am a former salesman and I have known countless others. Most of them are not great. Some are okay and just meet the bare minimum standards for sales people. Once in a blue moon, you meet an extraordinary one and most top notch sales people are great at selling but often lack the more rare and delicate qualities that go into AAA customer service. I met Patrick at the Shrewsbury store. I am a 100% disabled vet and I have very hard to satisy footwear requirements and I can be a demanding customer. Patrick is the epitome of a AAA salesperson. He is in the top 5% of sale people I have ever met with his product knowledge but his unrivaled customer service skills and straight to the point demeanor lifts him to the top 1% of the already rare 5% of people who are good at sales. I know that corporate will more often than not receive complaints. I wanted to do the opposite and let you know what an Amazing man and sales person Redwing has in Shrewsbury. He made the footwear search and insole fitting a breeze and he is a footwear encyclopedia.

Foot/walk scan was fast and accurate. I never knew I had high arches until I visited Red Wings. I'm glad I got the suggested insoles!
