Dr. Nussen and Adina are wonderful! I am very fortunate to have such an amazing primary care team. There is always a completely decked out holiday tree in the waiting room which makes me smile.

I absolutely love Family Practice of Hampton Roads. The entire office is phenomenal from the desk to the clinical staff. I can't thank Dr Nussen and Adina enough for the special, excellent care they provide and for the unique gift they are to their patients. I am blessed that Dr. Nussen is my doc! All the staff is so kind and caring. Dr Nussen has been my medical provider for 10+ years. Shes sensitive, caring and kind. Always asks how I am doing. Listens intently. She’s the best.

I was greeted warmly by each person I encountered beginning with the receptionist, my nurse, Deena and Dr. Nussem. Wait time wad minimal and all my needs were addressed. This is a wonderful office. I love the themed trees; they are always lovely.

I have been a patient of Dr Nussen's for over 10+ years and I am extremely happy with the care that she gives. She's considerate, kind, patient and includes you in your care plan. Dr Nussan is an amazing doctor. She cares for your health and if she cant figure out something she makes she sends you to the right specialist. This entire practice is great from the time you come in till you leave!!

I am 28 and have been seeing Dr. Nussen and her PA Adina since I was 11 or 12. I love them… they make going to the doctor a pleasant experience and are always sooo helpful and kind and patient. Thankful I get to be one of her patience.

Dr. Nussen is the best doctor I have ever been to!

Although very busy, she still takes the time to listen, counsel, diagnose and refer. Dr. Nussen is practical, calm, attentive, approachable, makes you feel like a PERSON, and is the least arrogant doctor I have EVER had the pleasure of going to.

If she isn't familiar with a concern you have, Dr. Nussen is not one to jeopardize your health by pretending she knows all, and will refer you to the appropriate specialty. I trust her all the more because of this!

She is also not quick to prescribe needless medicine. If she knows a common-sense approach to your illness or concern, she will suggest it.

Dr. Nussen is, unfortunately, no longer taking new patients as of this edit - her large roster of loyal existing patients keep her very busy.

Dr. Jana Nussen is the Best physician you could ever ask for in every way imaginable! She’s warm, knowledgeable, concerned, courteous and caring. I can’t imagine life without her. She and her staff are very nice to work with and always put your concerns first. You’d never know if she was having a bad day because she always greets you with a smile! Love her!!
