My boyfriend and I came here about 2-3 times while in Virginia on vacation and we had pretty pleasant experiences all 2-3 times we’ve been there. The store was always nice and clean and has a great selection of food and other products too. Will be back!

Keep the people lifted up in prayer, they are doing a great job during this holiday season. Special thank you to Chenita and Andre for great customer service and kindness. The seafood department guys are nice too!

The workers there are very nice & friendly, and go out of their way to help!! I had a superb experience there, and if the prices were a bit lower, this would be where I always would shop! Whenever I need food that's tailored for my allergies (milk and wheat), this is ALWAYS where I can find what I need.

I love this store! The chocolate chip cookies in the bakery are some of the best I have ever tasted. The fried chicken is the closest facsimile to Chic-A-Sea. The Boost program also saves you a lot of money.

Big store! I loved looking around. The cute Valentines gifts at the front door caught my eye today. They have a pharmacy, a Starbucks that seats at least 32 people, a salad bar, great selection of cheeses, and much more. Prices were pretty good.

Without fail..Kroger rises to the ‘IN STOCK’ occasion! Kroger always has fresh produce alongside tempting breads and cakes. Wonderful - delicious bakery. Customer service is greatly shown especially when store is busy. Thank you for the stores responsiveness and support on ‘customer caution’ during Covid!!! Greatly needed and appreciated! One of the better grocery stores in the area (edit) notice that the vegetables are getting less fresh and turn bad within two days tomatoes are way overripe and soft and mush for almost $2 lb no thank you

Overall, I have always had pretty nice experiences at this Kroger. There are times where maybe some thing I want is out of stock, but that is not so much. The workers fault as it is the people higher up whose job it is to make sure supply and demand did not get crazy out of control.
This will definitely continue to be my primary grocery store, but I definitely have noticed that the Food Lion on Coliseum Crossing has started to up their game.
The one thing I would say is that they could do a better job making sure that a lot on the side stays a little bit cleaner. I know it’s not their fault. But that lot is filled with trash sometimes. It would definitely be a way to make the whole environment seem a little bit cleaner and more inviting. Just a thought.

Very pleased with this Kroger and the Customer service. And how helpful the Cashier are.

I really like this Kroger. They have a great produce section for standard American fare, and a wide selection of lo/no calorie energy drinks and non carbonated drinks.
I just wish they accepted Instacart with their discount card, because without their store card things can be quite overpriced.
Still worth shopping, just make sure you go directly through Kroger for pickup if you order online, and with the store card.

Kroger is bright, clean and sticks with items. One of the premier groceries around!!

Can you tell Valentine’s Day is near? Kroger has got you covered

5 stars for selection, but only 1 register open many days and you have to bag your own groceries. This is a premium shop, similar to Whole Foods. I don't think I should be spending this kind of money and the company save salary costs by using mostly self serve and only have 1 or 2 registers open, and nobody to bag the groceries for you. New trend, but very negative. Would have been 5 stars for selection, if not for this fact.
Update. Service has improved greatly. They actually pack the bags. Kudos Kroger.

Friendly, Courteous employees especially the Pharmacy

Very nice, new, clean and spacious. Large variety of products at good prices. Great looking seafood and meat. Salad bar is pretty standard but everything is very fresh and maintained, hopefully it stays like this after the grand opening. Earning points to lower the price at the nearby gas pumps is a huge plus.

Where can I possibly begin with this store? Of course it is brand-new at the time of this writing. That means of course it is clean and modern. The inventory is unlike any other, they have so many different items to choose from. The way it is organized is great and the layout is very logical. The sushi in there is some of the best sushi that you can get. It truly rivals going to a sushi restaurant, not kidding. Very glad that this location is reasonably close to my house. This one is better than the one opened awhile back in Smithfield.

This store was well stocked and clean.The items on the shelves were organized. The manager engaged in conversation with the customers and the staff. The staff was pleasant and professional. The store is easy to get in and out of. There was plenty of free parking.

It's the Start Of a New Year...Prescription CO PAY'S... "LATOYA".. in the Pharmacy was Fantastic. Great Service, Professional and Personable. Explained the Situation and Presented a Solution. A Pleasure. Even at Closing Time after a long day, She was Still Shining Bright. Great People make for a Great Customer Experience...
