I dont know what these other snowflakes are whining about. Ive never had a problem here. Sure the line can be kinda long but that isn't the employee's fault. Blame the 3 apartment complexes nearby. My only issue with this place is how others drive around it

This store is not the greatest by no mean. Most of the cashier's have attitudes. The owner's son is very nasty. He rather be on his phone than wait on the customers. I go to the store every workday morning and 2 to 3 times after work a week. Because it's near my apartment. In the morning between 6:15 am to 6:30 am (times I go) 75% of the time it's no coffee. They really need to work on Customer service.

The gas price advertised on the sign was not the same as at the pump. Also the screens on the pumps are faded and hard to read.

Terrible. I routinely wait in line longer than 10 min,(for the last time, today) which is the opposite of what a convenience store should be. If I wanted to wait in line, I would go to a grocery store and stand in the cust service line on welfare day...
Compared to the 711 near my old place, the one on the corner of mercury and woodland (in which I would always be in and out in under 2 min, even with a line) this place sucks.
I tend to make at least one stop a day by the local 711, and become a regular to all employees, on all shifts. These people are unfriendly, even to reg customers. Challenging me on a refill, when I bought the cup from you earlier. Just save yourself 15 minutes and go elsewhere people...

Worst 7-eleven in the area. I’ve only lived in this area a few months but this store never has basic 7-eleven items. They’ll claim a truck is coming the next day when you ask for certain things but when the next day arrives nothing has changed or been delivered. Idk who’s actually the manager of this store but someone should be aware of what’s going on here because it’s ridiculous. Save yourself the time and just go to the 7-eleven up the street on Hardy cash or Cunningham drive!

My fiancé and I just left from this location. The cashier MIKE completely went off on another customer for asking a question about the freshness on the food. He was cursing and yelling and being belligerent. The other cashier rung up the other customer Mike was being extremely rude to because in anger Mike stormed out and went outside. The female cashier then tried to soothe the situation by saying the Mike was in fact drunk, and that from time to time he behaves that way. That’s not no way any person should act to a paying customer. This is awful customer service. Mike should be fired! We will not be going back to this store ever again. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I only stop here and get my morning coffee and gas cause it’s the closest to my residence but I think I’m done. The younger employer, maybe the owners son or something, is completely immature and has no customer service skills whatsoever. He is always on his phone and ignores his patrons. Cleanliness is also an issue. Coffee area is 9 out of 10 times a mess. Just today there was a rusty razor blade left out on the countertop by the register. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Went in to use the bathroom and to purchase something. The bathroom locked so I asked if I could the cashier looked at me because she didn't know what to say, so I asked to speak to the manager about using it and he infered to the cashier. Never turned around to address me about using the bathroom. Used the exuse that it being painted. I walked out and went somewhere else. I will never payron this location.

I stopped in about 8:15 am for coffee, and found all the coffee urns were empty except for 2. After I got back out to the car I found that coffee with cold. You would think of that time in the morning that there be more hot coffee available.
