I was not able to be there in person per being in another state, however I received a great referral from a good friend! It is a little risky to buy a mattress without trying it, but Charles asked questions about what my husband and I are comfortable with, and made an accurate assessment on that. We recently received the rest of our bed furniture and were able to set up our wonderful mattresses! We went with a split king and cool gel medium to firm memory foam. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing it is to wake with no pain in my lower back and neck! I highly recommend Mattress Direct Melbourne, Charles was exceptionally good at client need and assessment even from afar! Thank you for the excellent mattresses at a great price! I purchased two mattresses from Charles in 2017 and it was awesome service. I purchased two mattress in March 2022 and he gave awesome service again and went beyond the call of duty to satisfy my mom who had a problem with her mattress. His prices are great. Unlike other companies when you call and say you have a problem Charles rectifies very quickly. If anyone need a mattress I would recommend Charles and his company. If I could give 100 stars for his customer service I would.

We had a great experience here. We tried several mattresses. My husband likes a firm mattress and I like soft. Charles worked with us and found the perfect compromise. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and just love it!
