CJ was really great with my son, who needed a lift for his sneaker. Super patient, extremely nice and professional, he did an amazing job building the lift! We get compliments all the time for CJ’s awesome work. I highly recommend Chick’s Shoes and will go there soon for another lift.

I'm walking around again thanks to Chick's. I signed up for their custom orthotic service and they spent almost four hours measuring me, analyzing my needs, finding me shoes that would accommodate my new orthotics, and building me a custom pair of orthotics on the spot to go in a pair of shoes I bought there. I walked in exhausted and depressed from my inability to walk a block without fatigue and walked out energized, chipper, and able to do 5,000 steps without a problem. CJ is patient, kind, and highly motivated to keep trying different shoes, orthotics, styles and sizes until he finds what's really best for you. Like the Blues Brothers, Chick's is on a Mission From God, and that mission is to help you walk/run/play the very best you can. If you have feet, Chick's is the place.

I went out with my daughter to get her a pair of shoes and look into a solution for my foot and toe issues. Luke was our sales person. Very thorough. Great advice and knowledge. We both left with shoes and inserts. I rarely walk off with the shoes on my feet, but they were so comfortable I threw caution to the wind. Long walk for the fist time today where I had zero foot pain. I’ll be out for the hiking boots soon Luke!

Personalized customer service: The staff here (I can only remember CJs name) took the time to personally measure my feet and pain spots to determine the right size and needs. They were patient and attentive, making sure that I found the perfect fit and custom needs!

Extensive product knowledge: The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and was able to answer all of my questions.

Family-owned business: I think they are a family-owned business, and you can tell that they take pride in their work. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. CJ even has a lab at his home!

Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for helpful, knowledgeable, and above-and-beyond caring service.

Knowledgeable and helpful every time I go in. They gave me some good input on my 3 year old grandson’s orthotics, rebuilt my husband’s orthotics and also carry a good (although not huge) selection of well made shoes. I check with them anytime I need a good walking shoe or boot as does my husband. They do have a limited staff and can get very busy, so if you’re in a hurry, it may be best (if they’re crowded) to return when you have more time.

My first time in due to a friend referral, Chris~ C.J helped us find the perfect pair of shoes! Not only was he knowledgeable but willing to share it and why our feet need certain shoes! I've been dealing with pain for many years and I walked out feeling like I was on a cloud! Absolutely blessed beyond belief :)

These guys just recently moved to Issaquah and couldn’t be happier. They offer fantastic customer service and are quite knowledgeable about shoes. I would take most negative reviews here with a grain of salt as shoe fitting is a very personal thing. I have yet to walk into a shoe store that is more personal and friendly than this place.

I had the best shoe store experience ever yesterday afternoon 9/2/2020. I had specific requests and the sales associate was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the shoes. She was friendly" patient and genuine. I spent a little more than I wanted but I got the perfect shoe for my needs. That is something that I couldn't accomplish online. I will definitely go back. Best orthotic I have ever had. Way better than what I received from my podiatrist office. All my pain was gone the day I put them in my shoes. Trust them, they know feet and pain. Start living a pain free life. Go see them

They were such a blessing to me! No one else including the doctors had been able to help my plantar facistis like they did. The owner will not let you buy a shoe that won't help you either and recommended the cheapest when two were close. They are in business to help you, not cheat you. I really admire that.

Thank you Chick’s!! I was ready for foot surgery until my Dr. told me to try them out. Amazing! They made me a pair of orthotics that have changed everything. I can walk with out pain, and I can even walk around my house in bare feet with out too much trouble now that I have been wearing my orthotics for 3 months. All I could wear were crocs before Chicks helped me and now I look forward to wearing all kinds of shoes. I have plantar f. and tarsal tunnel syndrome and it was excruciating.

I have been a customer with Chic's Shoes for over 20 years. Chris and CJ have been excellent with my orthotic build-up and with purchasing my wife shoes here. Chris gives great care to the customers at all times. This is a small business (family owned) customer satisfaction has always been a priority of Chris's. Even though I do not live in the area and have not seen Chris for several years he always greats me with a smile and knows me by name. I see this with other customers in his business. I have worked with many custom shoe shops over the years to provide me with a custom orthotic, because I am athletic I demand a shoe or boot which can be used for mountain climbing to fire fighting. Chic's shoe provides me with this level of products at all times. I never hesitate to mention Chic's shoes when someone ask. They are the only shoe company I use.

The best place to get supportive shoes. The staff is all very knowledgeable, they know what they are talking about! They also make custom orthotics, that are individualize to fit your own specific needs and will solve whatever foot issues you have!

Once I got started going to Chick's I couldn't stop. Great service for fitting both shoes and orthodics and ordering what they don't have. I wouldn't hesitate to get your orthodics here rather than the podiatrist unless you have a major major problem.

Chris and CJ have changed my life. I am disabled with mobility impairment and a partial amputation. They have shown tremendous care in helping restore my ability to care for myself and others by enabling me to walk again in normal (but heavily modified) shoes.
