First time I’ve gone there for a vaccination. Shingrex was scheduled. I have a condition which is impacted by that particular shot. Then I find a second is needed about a month later.
I was very impressed by the pharmacist’s knowledge of my condition and we chatted about what reactions to expect aside from the normal. Slipped by any abnormal reaction thank goodness.
I’ll be going back for #2 when the time comes and schedule an RSV poke there too.

vaccine appointment is easy to make and it has the one we need while other pharmacy doesn't have it.

Even though, I do not see many good reviews here. But wanted to share my amazing experience at Walgreens at this location.

I needed an emergency photo pickup in the evening, as I requested Kristian at the counter, he not only helped me with the process of downloading the app and uploading and submitting the pictures, but also did this in less than 15 minutes. Kudos to you Kristian and will be printing all my pictures from that location.

They were fast efficient and friendly during my experience. I was on hold for over 30 minutes on the phone but when I went in there, I saw only 1 cashier and 1 pharmacist so I quickly understood why. I feel many patients are not aware of the workforce shortage/understaffing nature of the pharmacy industry at this time. Hoping things will get better for those ladies soon.

Best place to buy medicines and other toiletries. 24 hours on all days. Easy to reach. Neatly organised and good service. They have online service. Quick service. They work on Saturdays and Sundays 24 hours. So we can go to them any time we need.

This staff has been overworked to death !
They are extremely understaffed and that’s been hard but these employees work their butts off !
They are so very sweet. They did go thru several incapable people but seem to have worked that out. The female pharmacist is amazing !!
I chose this branch because they work so hard but always get it done. I just call in a day early.
Love the drive thru.

This Walgreens pharmacy has awesome staff!! Reality is, sometimes the staff at any pharmacy is going to get busy and be working extra hard to get out necessary scripts to us. So if sometimes it takes 45 minutes, that is certainly nothing to complain about. If that prompts someone to write a complaint; I'm certainly jealous and I wish they could have my problems and I'll take their's. Instead of complaining, maybe thank this awesome staff at Issaquah Walgreens pharmacy for working so hard even when it's terribly overwhelmingly busy and they are Short staffed. Thank you for your amazing work pharmacy staff Issaquah Walgreens!!! 👏 please know that some of us realize that your totally awesome instead of judging you because we didn't get our script in 10 minutes 😉

I had ordered two photo books to a Walgreens in Bellevue and when I went to pick them up they said that no one had worked on them and they were not made. I called the Issaquah location and Aiden at the photo center was SO helpful and worked very hard to get me my photo books on short notice. I placed the order to them and he got them to me within 2 hours! I was so disappointed with the other store and felt so grateful that Aiden did all that he could to help me get my books in the short time that I needed them in. Aiden is awesome!

The people at the pharmacy are always extremely helpful. I was there earlier tonight when it was super busy, the lady who helped me, Chazzy, was so so so helpful, even when a customer was being very rude to her, she kept her cool and was very professional about it. She was able to help me during the whole commotion which is super impressive. Not once did she snap, or seem dismissive to the rude customer. Chazzy was very respectful and even when it was super busy she was nothing but helpful and kind. :-)

The providers are extremely knowledgeable, very efficent, and personable. Very easy access right off I-90 and several open appointments to choose from. This is an affordable option and you won't be waiting hours. I've had 2 great experiences and this is coming from a local nurse.

The store employees here are incredibly helpful and although they are slammed with dealing with phone calls asking about inventory for the Covid at home tests, they are still very pleasant when answering the phone and informative. I really appreciate the stores customer service, especially given the rough times for them. Very impressed

Today I went to two Walgreens to fill my prescription and had issues at both. Called this Walgreens and the pharmacist was so helpful and immediately put in my order for medications. Thank you!!!

I have been going to this Walgreens in Issaquah since 2004. I have had great service and not so great service at times & things don't always go the way they should. The issaquah Walgreens is a very busy pharmacy & I feel the Walgreens staff is doing the best they can... I will continue to be a loyal Walgreens customer.

Great experience at the pharmacy! I rarely visit them, but (sonny/sunny, I think that was his name) the gentleman that helped me was very kind, and jovial through the entire process. A smile goes a long way!

I always receive stellar customer service at this Walgreens. The pharmacy staff and Cathryn (possibly Kathryn) at the photo desk are especially competent, friendly and helpful! This is by far the best Walgreens I have ever used.

Pharmacist was excellent and answered my call courteously, recommending that I ask my doctor for something that would help make me feel better faster.

I have always received great and friendly service. They are busy so might be a bit of a weight but folks have become so impatient. Relax enjoy being out...

Just shopped here. The pharmacy staff is slammed but bending over backwards to help every customer. Definitely impressed and will support this store in the future! Way to go!!

Needed OTC med and of course we found a walgreens. Can I say how sweet Pam was. We are vacationing here from Texas. She was so sweet from the greetings to the recommendations! Thank you for that.
