My first pair of Combat Flip Flops (AK47s) lasted me 5 years. No question I went back to buy my second pair. Super durable and comfortable. Also made through and for a good cause!

I thought Jill from customer service was absolutely excellent. I purchased a tee and the leather flip flops. The flip flops came in too small two times! So I had to ship back twice! I’m extremely happy with how customer service handled it and accommodated my needs. It clearly shows the company cares about their customers. Jill had excellent communication, patience, and response time to my many emails. It’s appreciated. I also liked the emails notifying me of my order being confirmed, shipped, and delivery. Because of my very solid experience, I look forward to ordering my next product!! Love the cause, and found the company through a rerun of shark tank, all the best!

Jill has been such an incredible help! She checked in with me days later after an issue to see if it had been resolved on her own accord! Then I had a shipping issue with addresses etc, and on the weekend (of a holiday!!!) She responded back and let me know she had initiated a new order planning for it to arrive before I leave for my wedding. I have never been so satisfied with a company before and it all goes to the kindness that was delivered to me by Jill. Even if she wasn't able to assist me with the issues I STILL would say the same thing. She genuinely cares and wants to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

These flip flops are made so well, and from a great cause. My soon to be husband has a pair and loves them so much he wanted another pair for vacation. They last forever and they don't get run down like other flip flops do. Give these a try!!!! You won't be disappointed at all.

First and foremost, the flip flops are amazing and comfortable. I have nothing to offer to improve the product I received.

The entire experience was great, shipping times weren't quite on par with Amazon, but in all honesty how could anybody compete with that. That is nothing to degrade Combat Flip Flops, their shipping time was just a few days.

All that being said, as good as my first experience was, my next was even better.

I ordered the patch set, "Bad for running, worse for fighting". Today I received the package, but it was the wrong product, nothing even similar. So I contacted customer support via email and I received an email back in less than two hours notifying me that I should keep the mistaken product and that the correct product would be sent immediately.

Hopefully Jill, the customer service agent I dealt with, will receive this review. I have honestly never dealt with faster more courteous and respectful treatment from any other company in my entire life. Thank you Jill and thank you Combat Flip Flops.

Incredible product with an incredible cause. Combat Flip Flops stand behind their product 100%. I sent pictures of a warranty issue after 6pm, Jill immediately responded. I was given options for product replacement and had tracking information of replacement Flip Flops within 15 minutes all after hours. I have never been treated so professionally and taken care of so promptly from any company like this in my life. Combat Flip Flops has a life long customer. This company is amazing!! I ordered my flip flops and they came extremely fast! The small hiccup was they sent the wrong size but the customer service to help support was amazing!! I sent over my issue and within 15 min had a reply back with info on what to do. Received my replacements and have been nothing but accommodating on keeping me updated. I have sent my friends and military friends to this site and they love them as well! You have a customer for life and can’t wait to order the shoes now!! Thanks for everything!

I ordered the AK 47 FF. When I received the order there was a small defect on the right FF, I sharp edge that would rub on the top of my foot. I emailed Customer Service the day I received to notify them of the issue. Jill emailed me back the next day and issued a replacement pair sent ASAP. Damn good service!

The Flip Flops seem fantastic but I will do a follow up review once I have had some actual foot time . Other than previous stated defect , the quality is top notch...

First and foremost, fantastic company. Friendly, quick acting and helpful customer service. I would recommend getting a size up as they felt a bit tight. I received my AK-47 flops about a month ago, but even with limited use, one of the buttons popped off. My concern was the button was part of holding the flop together, otherwise I wasn’t too concerned with visuals. Their reply in short was”this will not do” and immediately sent me a new pair, while even facilitating my request to up the charge. The product is comfortable, well built and 100% recommend and will be buying from them in the future.

I received my Combat Flip Flops as a Christmas gift and as the weather has warmed I am now proudly wearing them. I was excited to see the Flag velcro strip for the strap and ordered them. I also ordered the "Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast" tee and the "Be a Better Human" tank... Had a small issue after I placed the order and contacted customer service. Jill responded right away and "all's well that ends well" !

So I ordered two pairs of floperators (one pair for the wife and one for myself) and a set of the subdued US flag patches. The shoes showed up faster then expected and they are true to size (I am a 10.5 so the 11 fit perfect). The only thing was the patches were left out. I contacted your company via instant message and I got an immediate response and was told that they would be sent immediately. That is the kind of customer service I like. I am so impressed that I ordered a pair of AK-47’s and I am waiting for them to be delivered.

I can’t say enough good things so far about this company. If you like/love wearing sandals you have to try these. They are worth every penny.

Great flip flops!!! I grew up in flip flops and have had more than shirts, shorts or pants, and these are well made. I won’t be buying $90-100 pairs any longer. These have a great heavy duty strap and the bottom is comfortable as well as durable. Great cause that puts out a GREAT product!! You’ll be surprised, I was.

I have had a pair of "Floperators" for almost 3 years. They are easily the most comfortable and durable pair of flip flops I have owned. I have also purchased a couple of shemaghs. The quality of everything I have purchased has been excellent.

I've only had to contact customer service once. It was about a non-product related issue. They were fast to respond, very helpful, and resolved everything quickly.

Beyond the great products, I really appreciate the mission of CFF. Its a small thing, but it does feel good to be able to support a worthy cause.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but their Customer Service was very helpful in getting them replaced as quickly as possible with flip-flop season arriving. I'd give ten stars to Jill at customer service if I could.

Regarding the shoes themselves, I got the Floperators, they are remarkably well built compared to others at this price. They seem like way more expensive shoes. They have a nice layer of padding above the hard rubber bottoms, although they're a little on the stiff side right now so I'm hoping they break in some. I really like the tread on them for my hilly grass-and-busted-sidewalk Pittsburgh neighborhoods. I wear an 11.5 shoe, bought 12s, they fit perfectly.

Awesome folks. I got a pair of the AK-47 flip flops and after almost a year of daily wear had some delamination of the sole. Other than that - it's about the only apparent wear on these things at all. Super comfortable and great quality. Then, it turns out their customer service even exceeds the quality of the shoes because minutes after emailing them for a warranty claim on the soles peeling, they put in an order for a brand new pair for me. Unbelievable. They're going to be getting some more orders from us shortly.

I got a pair of AK-47's, my wife the Floperator-Shadow. They're very comfortable and look great as well!
Customer service has been amazing in helping me getting the flip flops. The first package never made it to my house, but they send a new package to make sure we'd get our flip flops.

I ordered sandals from Combat Flip Flops for my husband and they are awesome! We had an issue with shipping and Jill at their customer service center was so quick to help get everything resolved. Truly the quality and customer service experience of a great company!

After learning about the company, I ordered a pair of the Coyote Floperator's and loved how they fit. Unfortunately after about a month and a half of wearing them, the sole started to separate from the upper. Thankfully, I was able to connect w/ someone from customer service and they replaced them for me for free, no questions asked. I just needed to share a picture of the defect and give them the order #, following the very clearly written return instructions on their site. Nice to see how a company believes so much in a mission and a business idea, and they're willing to fairly back their products. Can't not help but root for CFF to succeed and recommend their products to anyone. THANKS!
