Jacksons Food Stores

I stopped mainly for the convenience store as I was heading out for a long trip with my 84 year old mom. The young man there, I wish I had gotten his name, was so customer service oriented. He answered our questions, even went through the store to try to find what we were looking for. After we purchased our items, he held the door open for us. THAT is the way we should treat everyone we meet; he was amazing. And the prices were pretty dang good, also.

Great huge selection, biggest gas station in town and it was freshly remodeled a few years ago, its really clean bright and airy.

Well stocked snacks and good variety of drinks. The 2 for $2 corn dogs are great! The line can be long as this is a busy place.

Too bad its the closest gas station... Not good at all compared to many other Jacksons stores in terms of customer service.

I stopped through here on my way home from work. I was driving my teenage child home with me and she came in to pick out ice cream. We got to the check-out and the angry man there, named Jesus, would not allow me to pay for my items because I was purchasing wine at the same time that I was paying for my child’s ice cream. He insisted that my child had to show her identification, which is definitely NOT the case in WA if she isn’t the person making the purchase. I tried to explain this to Jesus, but he continued to give me trouble. I’ve been coming to this location for a long time, and I have loved many of the folks working here…I especially love Michael! But Jesus needs to find another job, one where he actually knows and understands the laws in the state of WA!

I received American Express bill to find they duplicate charged my gas. Had my office call them to correct and they we're told I would have to come in with receipt. I called and spoke with Manager and he wouldn't give me email or fax to send receipt. Again demanding I come to the store with receipt. I live an hour and a half away. This is ridiculous. How many customers are they double billing who don't notice or have the time to drive back to the store? Complete Scam!

I come here with my dog several times a day with my dog, a registered service animal, and have never had a problem before. Tonight an elderly gentleman with short white hair and a white goatee I've never seen before refused to let me bring my dog. He then refused to let me show him proof that I am supposed to have him everywhere due to my problems with anxiety and agoraphobia. He was very rude. I have very little choice of where to shop at night, but I will not be visiting the store while he is working again. I'm very disappointed.

Got cash back, but didn't get handed the cash. Left on a hurry, realized didn't have the cash charged on the card. Cashier said their is nothing they could do about it. So try not to get cash back at this place, you might never see that cash.

Jesús didn't have the time of day for customers, he seemed annoyed we were in the store

Cashier lied about bathroom not working, taking my business elsewhere. :(
