I am grateful to have this business in the neighborhood. It's my go-to spot for shipping needs because it's predictable, efficient, and convenient. I rarely have to wait, and never more than 2 minutes (very different from my typical experience at USPS). The owner is quick to get my package where it needs to go, and makes it easy to choose the cost and speed of shipping that fits your needs. My packages have always arrived as expected. What more do you need?

The man who runs this place is always super direct and tells me where to put my packages. He also always says hi to my son. I love the simple interactions because I just want in and out.

This post office is the best on Rainer he is always happy never rude always ready to his wife & his self are the best great service always always there to serve south Seattle & provide po service for us. We are blessed for the po services

I've been coming here for years. The bad reviews make me mad, to be honest, because not only is the location of this place super convenient, but they get the job done, and they get it done efficiently.

I've dropped off numerous packages, stopped in to get tape or paper, and I've never had a problem. The man who owns the place isn't bubbly, sure, but he's never been rude.

I feel like the people who are leaving bad reviews are the same people who are nice but rarely kind, take up more space than they should in public, and never say hi back on the sidewalk.

This is a no frills business. Another customer ahead of me needed copies printed out from a thumb drive. Be aware this is not a Fedex Copy and Print or UPS. He said he's able to make copies and suggested a different spot for printing. NBD.

I had to mail passport renewal docs and he helped me double check the correct address, offered the lowest price shipping option (I needed it expedited though), and wished me a good day when I left.

I'm not going to discount other reviewers' negative experiences but please check yourself before you review because he was efficient in his answers and didn't ingratiate you with pleasantries or small talk.

Have been to this neighborhood joint several times but just saw the ratings today. Jesus I didn’t have any of these issues that the low ratings individuals describe. I have given him my packages, he very clearly shows me what my pricing options are, is very careful to be sure he has the right information entered in. The job I pay him for gets done. Did I try to make small talk? Of course. Did he care? Not really. If that ever upsets me, I’ll talk to my therapist about it, not leave a bad review here!

We're lucky to have CC Parcel and Post for our basic shipping and mailing needs. He keeps regular hours, no surprise closures like our local USPS outpost.

don't listen to the haters, this place is great. the guy is very nice and helpful. i wouldn't try to make small talk but let's be real: why are you making small talk at the parcel & post shop in the first place? like come on. this is more of an in-and-out-in-five-minutes type place, which i appreciate

I reserved a mailbox here for my work and let me tell you the bad ratings are (so far) very undeserved. After shopping around and running into issues at UPS and other services I was able to rent one here very easily and the guy working is friendly and helpful.

Have used them for shipping and for dropping off packages- they've always been fast, and everything has arrived at its destination on time for a reasonable price. Just because the owner isn't wildly friendly doesn't mean it isn't excellent service. Super helpful to have this in the neighborhood!

I am surprised at the negative reviews. Yes, he doesn't say much but if I you are friendly and talk him, he will talk to you. I am not sure how good his English is or what his story is so give the man a break! As far as pricing, most places like this do charge more, it is for convenience and because that is how they make their money. For 4 years, I have paid for packages and often leave prepaid return packages there (on the floor like he asks) and have never had a problem.

I was hesitant to come in to mail my packages here because the bad reviews but it wasn't bad at all! There was a younger guy working. I had a package that I needed to mail via USPS. He helped me tape up my package, took the address for the shipment and selected the best rate for the speed I needed the package shipped. It was great! Will come to ship my packages here again in the future!

The reviews reek of typical Seattle white entitlement. Have been using their service for years and had not had any problems. Direct and helpful. Quit expecting customer service to bend backwards to lick your *sses.

Love this place. Have had my PO Box here since 1997 and they haven't failed me yet. Much less crowded than USPS, and cheaper than FedEx/UPS. Plus I like supporting small immigrant run businesses, warts and all.

I'm super shocked at all the negative comments on here. The owner is a great guy IMO! He's generally a nice and talkative guy every time I come. He's given me free stamps and tape to use when I send packages.
