The customer service is excellent here! David (might be the manager? He was very well dressed) was super helpful and friendly. He and Caleb help to load our items onto the truck. Everyone at this Cumberland Costco is professional, helpful, and friendly. Thank you!

I've been a loyal Costco shopper for quite some time, and one of the things that keeps me coming back is their amazing selection of premade meals. One thing to keep in mind is that this particular Costco location can get extremely busy on weekdays during lunchtime. To avoid the crowds, I usually plan my visits during less hectic hours. Nevertheless, the quality and variety of premade meals available make it well worth the visit.

I love Costco for their amazing prices and selection. My family especially loves the take home meals and rotisserie chicken for an easy dinner. The lines are always long to get gas, and the parking lot is always full but that’s not Costco’s fault. I would recommend going early on a weekday to avoid some of the chaos but even then it’s still busy.

I've been putting off getting a membership, mainly because it's just me and three pups at my house. After doing a lot of research, I discovered that three items I use consistently get great reviews: Their Kirkland brand of organic extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and coconut water. These items are worth the price of membership alone. I will say, though, my first time was a bit of a shock - no parking except behind the building and the aisles crowded with shopping carts going in all directions was something I wasn't used to. Today was my second time, and it was much better because I went close to when they first opened.
I will tell you two major disappointments I discovered- NO grass fed meats, and NO Pasture raised eggs. Each store will have different products, but don't do what I did- Saw videos on Costco stores in California, and expected the same products at my store in GA.

Always a good time here…

Need a 3lb brick of sharp cheddar cheese? 20 gallons of chicken stock? LUGGAGE FOR YOUR DOG?!? Look no further than the spectacle that is Costco. The price you will pay is a parking lot and store full of insane people that are oblivious to their surroundings. Prepare to be bumped into and have others standing in your way without even looking at you. Otherwise nice place ☺

They didn't have my favorite Chicken Apple Sausage in stock but the worker was very helpful. And we found plenty of other things we need for Christmas meals with family!

Associates here are very helpful, especially the young lady in major sales who helped me purchase my iPad and answered several questions I had since I haven’t bought a new one since about 2015. iPad works like a champ in the associate who had to retrieve it for me was very kind patient and helpful.

It looks like they had a little bit of construction going on on the inside to maybe build a new food court I’m guessing? But I’m not 100% sure on that so don’t quote me. This location deserves a food court if it can be justified from a business perspective, as Costco food courts are great.

I love and recommend that everyone try the chicken bake if you can find a Costco that has a food court as most do.

I visit on a weekly basis during hours when it is less crowded. Good wine prices . . . selection is somewhat limited and offerings that are here today may not be in stock again for weeks, if ever. Gasoline prices $0.10 - $0.20 less than nearby stations.

Our favorite place to shop for groceries, house supplies and clothes! Great place to grab quick and cheap dinner for the family too.

I am new in Georgia. I was looking for a Costco store close to me and GPS took me to Cumberland Mall. I bought almost everything I had on my shopping list. They don't have the staff to help customers, it was difficult to bring down paper tower pack. This Costco is far from me and I don't intend going driving down there anytime soon. I took me 40 minutes drive from Austell.

I wished its a little closer to me it will be my day in day out mall cus I love to shop.

I love shopping at Costco Business center. I’m a frequent shopper. The staff is definitely a reflection of Mgt. They really care about their customers.

This costco has a gas station, mechanic shop and probably a free air pump - I didn't see one but costco stores with gas stations and mechanic/tire services often have air pumps. The entrance to the gas station is on the opposite side of the parking lot, when standing in front of the main entrance. Beware as lines can be long, you must swipe your costco membership card (or app profile) and costco doesn't accept amex. Highly recommend as Costco always offers economic gas prices.

Always the best price on gas! This is one of the best perks of being a member at Costco. Today, with the pipeline ransomware crisis, lines were long. However, Costco employees have done a great job in redirecting the lines to avoid traffic jams and entryways. What appeared to be a 45 minutes to an hour wait, was approx 15 min.

Costco does a tremendous amount of business, yet I never have to wait long at checkout. Wish they didn't move around the location of their products. I guess they do it to encourage you to walk down more aisles. I find it pain in the neck. Usually very good prices and good products. I wish you didn't have to buy such large volumes of some products.

Wholesale club. Need membership to get in and to make purchases. You have to pay with any Visa card or Debit Card or Cash. Products are of very good quality, especially clothes. You will have to buy most items in bulk or large quantities. But, it's cost effective. Costco gas is also usually priced lower than other gas stations. Costco also has the best return policy.
