I just moved from Savannah Georgia to Foley Alabama last week. Prime Relocations handled by move and I could not have been more pleased my circumstances during this move and before for horrendous I had just had breast cancer surgery and lost my husband all in the space of six months I talked with Miss iRS on the phone and she booked my mom move my Packers were absolutely fantastic they never missed a step they were wonderful about packing my antiques my cut glass all of the things that were important to me that I had from this home that I have been in for over 30 years. They move move me on Thursday and delivered my household goods on Saturday in Foley Alabama. The unload was great not anything was broken no boxes were missing everything was taken care of I adopted everyone of those Packers and movers they became like my sons to me miss Iris was wonderful she called all through the move to check on me to make sure that everything was going OK she even called me the day after to make sure that I was all right I will highly highly recommend them to anyone sometimes you have to be nice to get nice and they were wonderful thanks again for taking care of everything for me especially in such a trying time I loveAll of you signed Gloria Schneider

I recently moved from Georgia to California with Prime Relocations.
Everything from start to finish was excellent.
On moving day, the crew came in explained the process to me first and then packed everything and loaded everything by on the truck.
The crew were very very professional.
After the pickup, I called customer service to ask for an ETA on my delivery. They provided all the information about the delivery and payments and kept me up to date on my delivery.
For delivery, which happened under two weeks went very smooth.
The crew unloaded my items and put everything where I requested them to.
Everything was delivered in perfect shape.
I will definitely being using this company again.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not EVER use their service, oh yeah, they asked me to remove the first review I posted because it “made them look bad” as if they didn’t already have a 1.9 rating and a SLEW of bad reviews. The company is nothing but a scam, I was told furniture would be delivered to Texas by May 3, furniture was picked up ONE WEEK PRIOR, May 3 being a Friday I could not contact ANYONE before Monday because “they need time off” I understand everyone needs an off day but you have no one working your call center on weekends when you have peopleas furniture?? Finally talk to someone and they lie saying truck broke down. Furniture arrived May 7, I was told movers would put together whatever they broke down(beds, washer/dryer etc) they did not put together washer and dryer, couch had damage, they damaged my apartment walls, boxes were destroyed(looked like they were thrown around) AND I was missing items(did not realize until movers left). Overall: AWFUL, unprofessional and I hate that my family booked them before I could do research. I will not be deleting this comment so please don’t ask like you did last time, no more saving your face when you all destroyed my property and did not live up to your contractual obligations.

In response to said owner, you picked my stuff up A WEEK before expected delivery date making it seem as if my stuff would be delivered by May 3, in regards to the email you have available for weekends, I emailed SEVERAL times and am still awaiting a reply today. When the contract was signed you guys stated whatever was taken down(ie bed frame, washer/dryer) would be put back together .Moving across the state is no excuse for the state my boxes were in when I received them, Boxes were DESTROYED and my couch has been damaged also, my wall in my apartment has also been damaged from your movers, I did not each back out because it was the dickens getting my things to begin with. You all are awful. I see you didn’t acknowledge how you requested my original review be removed further proving you guys are awful and what I said was TRUE

I've moved 13 times and this was by far the WORST move of my life from start to finish! First, I contracted through National Moving Services and they sub-contracted my move out to Prime Relocations without my knowledge. Both of the drivers (at pick-up and delivery) had attitude and were disagreeable. They insisted on packing and loading on the same day, even though I told them that wouldn't work. They were supposed at arrive at 8 am to pack and load. They got there at 2:15 pm and it took until 1:15 am the next day to finish. They came understaffed and didn't have enough packing materials and didn't have the right boxes. They were supposed to "crate" my fine art and that was haphazard at best, which resulted in damage. It was all "crated" in cardboard, many of which didn't cover the entire edge of the art. The delivery was a day late and again they were supposed to come at 8 am but arrived at 11:30 am the following day. Of course, there were no calls to let me know they were delayed - I had to call them! The packing was awful and there were a lot of broken items and damaged artwork. Their insurance is a joke. I asked about full-coverage and they told me $.60 per pound was all I could get. I had $1,000 in damage and they settled my claim for $75 - which actually was an overcharge for stairs, which I didn't have any. So I was reimbursed $0 for my damaged items. Some of the boxes had been sitting in water and the packing, especially of my artwork was poor at best. Never again. Worst move of my life.

Terrible with the delivery. The packers and delivery were 2 different experiences. Fragile boxes were crushed. Crushed wardrobe box. Broken tote. They did not put the bed together properly. The truck said happy movers. This person was not so happy with the delivery!

This company is the worst company ever. Iris is beyond rude. Every single time I talk to her on the phone she raises her voice at me like I’m a child. So badly to the point where I simply had to hang up on her bc I couldn’t get a word out. She started ignoring my calls, and then I called her through a Google voice number which she finally answered but then hung up on me as I was talking. I’ve been calling for the last 48 hours trying to get a hold of my stuff. They moved my stuff into a storage unit because I couldn’t accept delivery and now that I’m calling to try and get it re-delivered, she refuses to talk to me or tell me when her drivers can bring my stuff to me. She’s also refusing to tell me the location of my items so I can’t even get it myself. At this point nobody is answering the phone and I’m just going to file a police report & report the items as stolen and get a lawyer involved if need be. I’ve paid this company almost $2500 so far and they’re holding a whole household full of appliances and personal items of mine hostage. Absolutely ridiculous. All I want is to get my stuff moved into my home and she’s acting like I’m some villain. I talk to her in a calm voice each time I get her on the phone and she continues to be rude. I booked this company through freedom moving express in FL, not knowing that they were a broker and I would end up with such a trash company. I wish I would’ve seen these poor reviews before they got a hold of my stuff.

Update: ended up getting my stuff by myself. Hired movers to get my items out of The storage unit prime relocations had my stuff. They lost several of my items and broke one of my chairs. After waiting months to hear back from the claims department, all they offered me was $75 which Doesn’t even cover the cost of my Accent chair, let alone the other items that were missing. Worst moving company ever, Just glad I am officially done with them.

Very dishonest. Would not answer phones. Would tell you a different story every time you call for an update. It took them 4 months to deliver MOST of our stuff from Utah to PA. Never once they gave you indication that they would be that long. Put our things in storage for all that time, and whenever we were able to hear from them, they would say that the things were in New Mexico, in California, that they needed more money ahead so they could load the truck, etc, etc.
We never got all of our things. They broke a few things. Got some mattresses wet, broke our fridge. Not reliable at all, do not recommend them to anyone that wants their stuff in less than 4 months.... :-(

I hired another moving company which hired Prime Relocations to finish the job. They quit mid job, had to come back, charged $2k in overages, most boxes were damaged on arrival and as we have unpacked, we have found over 60% of our items damaged/broken to a point of needing to be thrown out. I have contacted them regarding the damages and have yet to receive a claim form or info on how to replace my items/be compensated for the damages. On delivery, 2 of the 3 movers stayed in their truck most of the time and when they were helping my garage doorway was damaged. Very poor professionalism and business practices all around. Fully regret paying $7k after overages to have them help me move 40 mins away. I’m just coming out of divorce and this was not a good experience at all!

If you are looking to have all of your important valuables delivered to you DO NOT USE PRIME RELOCATIONS IN NORCROSS GA! They are thieves of both your money and your personal property!! Do yourself a favor and skip this moving company! They charged me $28,000 from Myrtle Beach to Fort Pierce Fl and lost numerous items plus delivered someone else’s personal belongings to me! It took them a month to come back and pick up their items and I am still at a loss for many, many things….sick over this, buyer beware!!!!

I called Nationwide Moving Company out of Florida and showed them photos of my rooms and belongings and given a price. Nationwide charged my credit card $6000 for deposit and then sold my moving contract to Prime Relocations. I did not know that Nationwide was a broker, not a moving company. Prime Relocations showed up with a small truck and had to make trips back and forth to their warehouse in Atlanta with my belongings. They asked for more money, in cashier's checks, than originally quoted, twice the amount. After much back and forth hassling we reached a settlement of $18,550. Most of my crystal glasses, vases, glass and ceramic items were broken. Furniture was broken, TV and other things missing. In total over $8000 of damage. I applied their depreciation and tried to get $4000 in small claims court but the sheriff's dept in Gwinnett County could never catch the owner to serve the lawsuit in small claims court. The sheriff said the company was not at the different locations given on its website or at Doron Karayoff, the company owner's home.

This company accepted a job yo delivery my belongings for my move from Georgia to Texas and as of today I still don't have my things and they don't have a date of when my things will be delivered. I was given the date of August 7th just to be told that that date was a lie... I am sleeping on the floor here in Texas while my things are still at their facility in Georgia. I've had to go by the basic items just to be able to survive until I can get my belongings. I've been calling and calling this whole week and no one will call me back. I STILL need my things... I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason!!!! I feel like I need a lawyer to get my things.

Demanded money up front and then raised price over 60%. Failed to move on contacted date causing us to pay additional rent. Over $ 4000 of damages and lost items. They charge for insurance but it isnt really insurance. they keep the premium and unilaterally decide what they feel like paying...offering us $55 settlement after 4 months of jumping through claims hoops. Things were not packed but simply thrown into boxes - overpacked to what was delivered were crushed boxes and many broken items - mirrors, motorcycle, blown glass, and so much more. More simply didn't show up. The worst was upon arrival, the driver posted on craigslist for workers to come an unload our household goods...so we had people coming and going all evening past midnight as they didn't start until 5 p.m. We fell criminally victimized.

I didn’t use them but my Daughter did...It was the worst service not to mention unprofessional. They moved her from Ga to Fl. to start off they was late on arrival then they knew she had to drive to Fl they didn’t finish pack there truck til 8:30pm. That was very inconsiderate when they had 3 other packers that worked like they didn’t wNt to do the job. Then when here furniture got to Fl she was missing a piece from her sectional, table broken, and dresser scratch up! My advise to whoever considering this company keep looking. Or your gonna have major problems!!

BEWARE. These people are professional scammers!! If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would. My partner and I initially booked our move from Atlanta to DC with a company called American Standard. We were given a quote of $2,200 for our entire move, based upon an estimate of 150 boxes. The person we booked with told us our final cost could be less, depending on how many boxes we actually had. We paid half upfront to book and were to pay the remainder on moving day. The day before the move, the company called to get our actual box count, which was 103.

The day of the move comes. Our first red flag was that a regular-degular enterprise truck that anyone could rent pulls up. Three men get out, smelling like straight loud pack. No company attire, just regular street clothes. We were presented with paperwork that we fully expected to say American Standard, because that’s who we called and paid. But no, it was Prime Relocations. When questioned about the change in companies, the spokesman of the group said that AS was a moving “broker” and that they had contracted them for the job. Ok, I guess.

After assessing the apartment and putting stickers on our items, the talker of the group let us know that we had way more cubic footage than we were allotted on the truck, and that it’d cost us extra. We were confused because when we booked we were told the rate was based on box count. He said that he would “work with us” on the price.

Now. I am not a professional mover, but I could absolutely tell that none of these men were either... The men packed up our belongings hastily and sloppily. There was absolutely no care in the way they handled our things, or strategy to how they packed the truck. Fragile boxes were at the bottom, crushing under the weight of heavier boxes that held things like books. At one point we witnessed a whole layer of poorly placed boxes fall ON TOP of one of the guys!!

Once the truck was all packed, the one that did all the talking presented us with our new total. Our second installment, which we had anticipated being no more than $1,100 had somehow skyrocketed to $3,600!! We were flabbergasted.

At this point the “contract” had been signed, so the man told us that we could either pay up or they’d have to leave all of our items in the parking lot of the complex. We were set to move into our new place in a matter of days, and start new jobs so we felt like there was no choice. We paid $1,800 to get them to leave and were supposed to pay the other half when they delivered.

The story gets wild. WILD! But for the sake of time and my fingers, I’m gonna try to make it short...Let’s just say it involves Florida, a faked death, a lawyer, and two weeks of us eating takeout on an air mattress in our empty loft.

The day they were supposed to deliver, no one showed up or so much as called to let us know. After a few days of repeatedly pushing our delivery date back - eventually Prime Relocations just stopped answering our calls. There came a point in time where we literally had no idea where our things were, or if we’d ever see them again. That’s when we started digging and reading, and learned that these moving pyramids are common.

Eventually, we got a lawyer involved.

By the end of the ordeal, we dealt with 5 different scammy companies who had just been passing our things around like beanbag. FIVE.

Even at the point that our boxes finally showed up, we were *STILL* being extorted for more money. How someone tries to take a $2,000 move and make it over $6,000— I do not know. When we refused, they literally started throwing, and I mean HEAVING our stuff back onto the truck and threatening to leave with it all over again. It took 4 hours and a law enforcement show off to get them to relinquish our things.

It was literally a nightmare. By far, one of the worst experiences of my life and I don’t wish it on my worst enemy.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!

We have hired different company for relocation. God knows why Prime Relocations inc showed up. They have very poor staff on moving day just simple said your items are over the space. While our item were in transits they don't have any update and customer services are very rude in response. At delivery lots of items were lost and damaged and company still not responding or helping to find the lost items.
So overall they are NOT professional please beware if you are planning to hire them for your move.

Terrible experience. Multiple things broken. Many things missing. Worst of all, they left many valuable items in the home we moved out of. The woman I hired to clean sent me photos asking if I meant to abandon my things - like TVs, computers, silver service, etc. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY. Stay away - stay far away!

It's great reading other reviews that state the same issues I'm having with this company. Also great that I didn't hire them either. The company I hired is supposed to be acting as a mediator between me and them because of their poor customer service. Since my case is ongoing I won't list any details, but I will update as this continues.
