I don’t know the woman’s name but she is maybe in her late 20s early 30s black woman she was wearing brown and she was so freaking helpful. My delivery order was missing an item and even though she said the delivery driver picked it up I never received it and she still gave me one. I am truly grateful for her. I know it’s small, but it’s the little things that matter. She’s a great manager, and you should give her a raise. She’s the manager for pick up and delivery.

Needed a cake for my daughter’s birthday and had a hard time picking it up. Iyaka & Michael were an extreme help in the process! Thanks . Great teamwork

Today another great experience at 4975 Jimmy Carter Walmart. The store leader, went out of his way to make sure I was taken care. Someone asked me how's my day, and I had to make sure I was in the right place, and someone spoke lol. They haven't disappointed me yet, even though I walk into every Walmart waiting for disappointment, but not surprising. At this Walmart, it's usually a positive experience. So the leadership at this location should implement customer service training in other Wal-Mart. This store 😍 👌 thank you

I picked up my daughter’s birthday cake and 24 count cupcakes from the bakery that was made by Ms.Stefanie and let me just say my order exceeded my expectations! From the start when placing my order Ms.Stefanie was hands on and all ears and made my vision of my daughters cake reality! She was so kind and kept communication open when it came to my order ! She’s definitely 10 stars in my book ! Everything was delicious and FRESH! If anyone is ever looking for a cake to be made for any special occasion please ask for Ms.Stefanie you will not be disappointed!!!!!

The two employees I brought up to the manager I hope get shout outs because they are truly amazing and although this Walmart is a struggle sometime I have to say the employees I have met are very friendly!!! Shout out to Ms. Shirley for always being fantastic!!

This is a new store and is much nicer and cleaner than other stores. It is well payed out with enough room for the heavy traffic in the store. I used the Walmart app to find the things that I was having trouble but when I did it made sense of the placement. This location is not the closest to our house but I will drive out of the way to shop here.

Today at this particular Walmart location I spent $25.85. I instantly used up a $25 Get Upside Walmart e-gift card and was about to use the remainder of a Walmart e-gift card by Panel App when the nice lady behind me at the register kindly covered the last 85 cents I owed. Not only did I not spend any of my own money whether cash credit or debit cards, I earned $26+ combined in cash back from Ibotta and Checkout51. I only needed to complete 3 offers to get 10 from Thursday to the end of this coming Sunday to qualify for a $5 Weekend Warrior bonus but I completed 7 to get the 75 cents Level 1 Teamwork bonus then graduate to earning for the $1 Level 2 Teamwork bonus and now I only need to complete 15 or 16 offers for the 35 or 36 I need from the beginning of the year to the end of next Sunday for the $10 Fresh Start bonus. Also with Checkout51 I earned $2 apiece for an Atkins Diet snack box and shake 4-pack and earned joint cash back with Ibotta for one box of Belvita breakfast biscuits and 2 boxes of Good Thins

Typical Walmart. Very busy. Mostly self-checkout. Everything from costumes to plants. Money service center in the middle. The end.

Kind of crowded usually but this is my go to Walmart they always do good job and the girl in bakery edita is very nice I have never seen such pretty handwriting on cakes before thank you for doing such a good job on my sons cake

Great deals, easy to find items, staff was friendly and actually answered my questions and walked me to the section that for the item I needed to find.

oh my word! I got 2 casual cotton dresses for $7DOLLARS! Oh yea!

The team working the curbside pickup area are on the ball. After several visits I can say this team is more efficient than the other Walmart pickups that I’ve used.

This store is not just for the store itself, but particularly to the young lady that was managing the self checkout registers.

She was very pleasant to talk to, especially after a long day. She made sure that NO ONE WAS WAITING. As soon as I was looking for an empty register she guided me to the closest available one. She was helping everyone and made sure we don’t wait to start getting checked out.

After a long day at work, I need to get my groceries quick. I hope this gets to her. She made my day!

Great store, top-notch employees and managers. Everyone there is always super polite, helpful and professional 👍. Keep up the good work Walmart Jimmy Carter in Norcross. It was crowded, but the self checkout line moved quickly. There were no issues during my visit.

It ess extremely busy. The lack of full lanes has caused a grid lock near the entrance. I found what I needed, but getting out of the store is challenging. Please try to help accommodate your shoppers with availability of full lanes.

Always cleaned and organized! Great selection and not too big of a store
