Kroger

I have been going to this Kroger for many years for groceries and prescriptions. I lived close by until moving to Stone Mtn 3 years ago but my life still brings me nearby so I haven’t switched. I have 2 kudos to give out…
First to Joseph in the pharmacy. He was new to this location just a few years ago but it didn’t take long to recognize me by name as a regular as well as my insurance needs. I recently had my mother’s Rx transferred here, he greeted me with his sweet smile and was already pulling up my account when I told him I was picking up my mom’s meds. I gave him her information and asked if she also uses a discount card like mine. That was so sweet and he applied the discount which saved mom money…Thanksgiving you Joseph!!

The next is for Matthew that was working the Deli counter a few days ago. I was going to be out of town for a few days so I was getting some groceries for mom before I left. The ready-baked chickens are a staple in her diet and there were NONE under the heater, I panicked, then asked when more would be out?? Matthew told me 30-40 minutes, okay, I had other shopping to do, I’ll check back. The last thing on my list was the chicken…they were ready to come out but he needed to clean and prep the area first…UGHH, but I understand and reassured the food is being handled properly! So I checked out with what I had, put it in the car and came back in…as soon as he saw me he picked up the bag to hand me.

After writing this all out it really doesn’t sound like much of a big deal, but to me it was and their efforts really impressed me. Next time I’ll talk about the helper at self-checkout…she is quite awesome too!!

The pharmacist, Gina, at this location has been an absolute rockstar. She is attentive, answers all questions that I have, gives great advice, and is overall very impressive. She goes above and beyond and is the best pharmacist I've ever interacted with at any location.

I really appreciate her and the time and attention she spends with me. Outstanding job! Keep up the good work!

Friendly people that work there ....Very clean store .. Always has carts to ride in ... We always go to this Kroger....

This is my regular kroger. It's pretty decent, especially for it not being too big. I just really wanted to share this. The bakery can make really pretty things. Today they were selling frosted angelfood cake. And look how pretty this is. They make the most with the least! I do like this particular kroger quite a bit.

Was looking for special items for very young kitten. A cashier helped me & she took me to each item. Very helpful - went way beyond the call of duty. Didn't get her name. But I would like to thank her so much for the help she gave me. I hope she sees this. She really cared that I was ok with my choices for that 4 week old kitten. 😺💜😺

Let me start off by saying this is a GREAT review.. For some reason this Kroger has the WORSE florist department and Deli, so when I walked in today at 8:50a to order my dog her Deli Meat (Boris Head Maple Turkey) which is about $14 per pound... I was GRANTED the honor of meeting a new deli clerk by the name of MATTHEW.. WOW WOW WOW.. Not only was he PLEASANT he was patient he provided other options he was smiling and he made me feel GOOD!!! I must say "Tyrone" the manager he is hearing my suggestions when regards to hiring staff WHO WANTS TO WORK!! THANK YOU sooooo MUCH! My dog and I am VERY pleased with the way we were serviced.

Well stocked,clean,lines was short and friendly.If you are looking for a wonderful shopping experience the place is Krogers.Yes!!you get money orders at a low cost when using the store card.If you do not have one each cashier will be happy to offer you the use of the store complimentary card to receive discounts and store,manufacturers coupons.Thank you Kroger some of your out of town shoppers will be please to know you care.I

They have fuel at competitive prices. The shelves are stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful.

the staff at this location including those of the pharmacy are amazing. I would love it if you all can provide pick up service during this difficult time to protect the employees and customers. I had to appoint another location for pick up because this location isn't available.

It's a Sunday half open boxes pretty much in every isle, dangerous anyone could trip and really hurt themselves. This is my first time coming to this Kroger first impression was not a good one.

Returned to Kroger looks great, isles are clear I felt comfortable shopping here today.
I saw the store manager encouraging his employees, it was great to see.☺

Honestly!! All my trips to Kroger I am greeted and offered assistance by mostly all team members. For me that is a good shopping experience, not just because I was acknowledged and appreciated 👍but also because I felt Welcome❤. Thanks! Keep up the good work🙋🏻

Phu is a great enthusiastic guy, he sold me on buying icecream as he was stocking the freezers. He needs to be promoted and showed the ropes to be manager or greater! If he keeps it up he can and will be a greater people person and a sucessful man!

I shop here regularly and find the people helpful, the pharmacy does a great job and they open new registers when there are lines. Also the points help save on gas money. My wife pulis up on one side a pump me on the other side to get maximum gallons at the discount price.

This is my 24-hour go to store for anything that my family or I might need at any hour! They also except WIC and have great weekly sales. I always love their gas points system which gives you .10 cents off every gallon when you spend $100. You can also earn 50 gas points but simply completing an online survey on their receipt. I love KROGER!!!

Super friendly staff... as I was walking in the cart pusher says hello to me in a jolly good and as I was in the store for just one item from the tobacco line which was unusually long, the lady at the self checkout offers to take me! :-)

Staff is very friendly, clean store. Always busy!

Regular at this Kroger. Nothing bad but last time I went at self-checkout the kiosk wouldnt recognize an item I scanned. Took a bit longer but an employee helped and I was out the door in minutes. Also self checkout has multiple cash only spots if anyone wanted to know.

The store was friendly and i loved shopping there and the customer service was..... Ok i didn't mind it much but other than that i will definetly shop there from now on

Miami is one of the greatest places to be,great restaurants.an international city,an entry to this country welcoming people from all over the world,a place of many cultures,which gives it it's own uniqueness and charm.five stars. I must say...now leaving Miami,go to Kennesaw ,Georgia and visit Kroger..have fun shopping,stop for a snack.
