Unfortunately, you have to give 1-star to leave the review otherwise would be none. HUGELY NEGATIVE! A lot of brokers rely on this company for carrier information and Carrier 411 could be part of the problem with fraud.

Carrier 411 will not accept calls from carriers and disconnects as so many have said here. Allegedly they only rely on what's on the FMCSA website.

We found fictitious information on our portal when we noticed a broker trying to set up with us. We addressed it verbally with the FMCSA, and updated the portal, and this was to be corrected within 24 hours. Our portal was corrected immediately and reflected within the same day. However now it is almost 30 days later and when we try to set up with new brokers it's a battle as the brokers still send this information to a fraudulent company compromising our integrity thanks to Carrier 411.

For companies looking and relying on Carrier 411 I recommend that you look elsewhere for a vetting company, maybe try Carrier Assure

This company adversely affects small businesses that have been mistreated by unreliable brokers refusing to compensate for harming these enterprises. When I called to inquire about a inaccurately written report on my business, they blocked my call. It's wise to preserve both your money and time, as they are supporting grimy brokers.

Carrier 411 is reflecting FAKE information. They show 73% crash rating for our company which is not accurate. I'm looking at data on FMCSA and we have only 1 accident like 17 months ago and we don't even have a % rating assigned it says "This carrier does not have a safety event group in this BASIC." (screenshot attached). Brokers should use a different platform that provides more accurate info. Both carriers and Brokers lose business because of inaccurate information Carrier411 provides.

Extremely Disappointed with Carrier 411's Unfair Practices

We recently had a highly negative experience with Carrier 411, which has severely impacted our business. Carrier 411 allows brokers to post false claims against carriers without any proper investigation or verification of facts. Our company was unjustly accused of double brokering and theft, along with other unfounded allegations. Despite providing documented evidence to refute these claims, Carrier 411 refused to amend or remove the false report.

Lack of Investigation:
Carrier 411 did not take the time to investigate the situation or even review the proof we submitted. It appears they automatically side with brokers, allowing them to tarnish the reputation of carriers without any accountability.

No Fair Process:
The process lacks transparency and fairness. The fact that brokers are allowed to post whatever claims they want against a carrier, even if they are false, is unjustifiable. There is no opportunity for carriers to defend themselves adequately against these false accusations. Carrier 411's platform seems to be more about supporting brokers rather than ensuring a fair and balanced service.

Unresponsive and Unhelpful:
Attempts to reach out to Carrier 411 for assistance or to challenge the false claims were met with unresponsiveness. It’s clear that they do not prioritize the concerns of carriers, which is unacceptable for a platform that claims to be a neutral arbiter in the freight industry.

I understand It helps prevent fraud and thats amendable, but when false claims are made that affects good carriers even with proof! thats where the line needs to be drawn!

We had someone add some fraudulent information to our MC number with the FMCSA. It has now been fixed and updated for a few weeks with the FMCSA. This company is still allowing brokers to use this fraudulent information that has been updated. THAT IS SCARY. I tried to and get this resolved but I was blocked then hung up on. All I wanted to do is see how often they updated the information they receive from the FMCSA because apparently it is not often enough. This is exactly how fraud is happening so rapidly in this industry. Shame on you Carrier411.

This company jeopardize small business with false information. I left an review last year and they deleted my review. I will be seeing this company's. It should be against the law for brokers to use this company for information that they don't have. The FMCSA have a free server which all Brokers suppose to get accurate information from. This company is a ponzi scheme that's stealing not only for owner operators but also from broker company who believe in their lies and is spending money on their services. The carrier 411 company deleted my last reveiw plus other small companies review, which that says alot. How do they even have time or a department that deleted reveiws. Carrier 411 company is affecting the trucking industry very bad. I will be seeing them for defamation.

2011 Freightguard report, which we answered still coming up to the point that is damaging my business greatly. How can this be even allowed. Do they have any clue how many families they strangle with their practice? Carrier411 should feel remorse for their unfair practices.

Carrier 411 only helps fraudulent companies. The fact that they only register brokers and do not fact check data is a issue. Many brokers cause damage to good companies just to get out of paying. Also if they get caught double brokering 411 is used report false data on Carriers.

Any broker can report carriers on this site for any reason mostly unfair reasons. Even if the carrier comes back at them with reasonable explanation and proof the report was unfair they they don't give a damn and still keep the report un even if it is falsly advertised by the broker. A bunch of scamers!

Rude customer service for carriers. I asked how long it would take to update new information since they had information from 4 years ago. Then proceeded to block my number. And can’t reach out to them to anymore. Phone call was less then 15 seconds as well. Now I can’t reach them and now potential clients are reaching out to an old employee from 4 years ago.

This company is lye:
We placed freight guard, to carrier that failed on us, they started to harass us, all this back and forth made it so they had placed 4 FG.
Few days later the 3 reports were deleted by 411, without permission or consent.
Yes, that's how they do it, i won't recommend anyone to waste money on such of service.

This is a sham organization. Yes Pure American Arrogance. There always 2 sides to a story. We, as carriers were basically put on a short load from Montreal, QC to the Burlington, VT area in a dryvan load. We were sent to the border 3 times and returned back to the tard 3 times. We lost a full week of work because of the shipper / receivers / brokers carelessness and asked for compensation. He did pay us the fess requested but than tried blackmail us on putting FG report. We had email proof of all this and did not hold back. We were DNU’d but we always stick to our principals. Some big brokers mentioned that to us but rapidly accepted our onboarding because we showed them proof. This help us clear our name.

This company is a joke! They submitt false ionformation to make themselves relevant while harming companies in the process. They need to be shutdown and held accountable for the atrocities the imposes on trucking companies.
They informed a compay that I had a virtual address (which is not true, we have a physcial and mailing address) and a toll free number but for got to include that we have truck parking and other services as well. All in a atempt to make the relevant when the truth is that they are fabricating and embelishing information to attempt to sell a worthless service.

It should be against the law what this company is doing! We had a broker write a false statement and now we tried to get it disputed all they did was hang up on us and block our phone numbers. This is a one sided company that is hurting small trucking companies!!!!!

The information provided is sparse and often outdated, making it practically useless for making informed decisions. There are numerous inaccuracies in the data. Customer service is non-existent. It is absolutely ridiculous that motor carriers are not allowed to have an account and anyone with an account who is emotionally not intelligent can report a carrier for some non-sense and there is nothing a carrier can do. No way of disputing and removing through Carrier411.

Tried asking how we reply to reports, they auto blocked our phone number. Wont even let us respond to our reports. we have 2 claims on the reports which are not true.
Will be contacting a lawyer.

Carrier 411 is worst company to use to monitor trucking company.They are use by BROKER çompany. When a trucking company call or email for loads the broķer company go by what carrier 411 have on they database and make a decision by the information they have in there database..But in they database is so wrong and can make or beak your company. The brokers need to go by FMCSA information not by a 3rd party company that lie about company information. And if you call carrier 411 they want talk to you because you a trucking company. They will block your number ,so you can't get your information correctly with them.. P.S. there are a lot trucking companies getting bad information put out to broker companies from CARRIER 411.This is not medium priority, this is urgent matter. Need this telling care of asap. Your company is stop me from getting loads and income. My unsafe driving record with the FMCSA is 20% not 99.8% of what your company have on carrier 411.That what the broker see and turn my company down for unsafe driving.

Most biased, unethical, unequal, discriminatory website in the transportation business! They promote "carrier monitoring services" but all they do is harm carriers in thousand ways! They only care about subscribers aka brokers. Brokers can put anything they want without proof, they can type as many letters as they want but as a carrier you have no right to have an account, you have limited time and characters to respond to all the stuff they wrote against you! Read their rules who is eligible to open an account and you will realize what type of business practice they run!!!! SMH!!!!
