BLUE RIDGE LTC PHARMACY

I have worked here for almost 3 years and this is hands down the best job I've ever had. The people that work here are all pretty much like family and the supervisors and owners give you the opportunity to manage your home life and work life together. They are very understanding that people have lives outside of work and that things happen. This is a wonderful teaching pharmacy also. There is always room for growth. This company is getting bigger and bigger by the year and we were just awarded the Sky High Award which is a wonderful accomplishment for a local company.

Have been a driver for 1 month and have enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone seems to be real professionals at their job. HR was very helpful in setting everything up as far as payroll and how the pay system works. The vehicles are too notch and our routes are laid out with precision to make getting their quite easy. Would recommend this position for anyone who enjoys working with a quality organization,

I have been with Blue Ridge Pharmacy for almost a year now, and it is hands down the best work environment I’ve ever worked in. The management is wonderful, they make you feel valued and important, and always help when issues may come up. The staff is friendly and we all communicate well between the departments. The main focus is long term care for facility care (Assisted Living, Retirement Homes, etc.), and they are committed to the fullest to each and every patient we care for. Blue Ridge Pharmacy continues to grow as a company and I am honored to be an employee.

I'm one of the delivery drivers for Blueridge Pharmacy now for almost 7 months. Great company to work for and treat their employees with respect. Pharmacy seems to be well respected by their customers and the industry as a whole. I would highly recommend them for employment.

Pharmacy is constantly growing and changing and this company adapts and grows with it. They strive for perfection, they push us to excel, and I am always learning something new. The health and safety of their employees is just as important as the health and safety of our patients. And while our job isn't always easy and things get stressful, when I clock out at the end of the day, I leave knowing I've made a difference.

My partner works at long term care and she loves her job. I think that's rare to hear someone speak so positively about their employer.

I've been driving for blue ridge since March. In fact I got hire a week before the country shut down. This has been the easiest job I've ever had. The people are friendly and professionals. I like how organized the company is. If there is a problem there are always people around to help.

I have worked at Blue Ridge for a year and a half now. I have been able to grow in my career as a Pharmacy Technician. Working in order entry has been such a great learning experience and with that I was able to get Certified. I look forward to staying with this company for the years to come. This place is a giant money grub. The owners treat employees like garbagge , nursing homes go into tremendous debt because they won’t work with insurance companies. It’s a shame companies like this still exist. Worst pharmacy in Asheville hands down.
