Service counter was vey busy when I arrived for my appointment. Kimberly acknowledged me and I took a seat think it would be a while before I got checked in. When I checked the counter she was still busy but my car was gone.Wow they’re working on it I thought. Before I knew it my service was completed! Just awesome! Thanks so much 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Jolene is terrific. I called a number of dealerships to talk about vehicle options, models and pricing. Jolene was by far the best at answering my questions and helping me make a good decision about what I was looking for. Just great. Will be back for regular service as I've known Jesse Cranford for 20+ years and he's among the kindest and most knowledgeable service advisors I've met! Our salesman Jeff was amazing! We talked about purchasing our Buick Envists about three weeks ago and exactly what we wanted with Jeff on our initial visit. After finding that an allocation was coming to Colonial Buick GMC with our spec, Jeff told us when the vehicle was coming and had us do all of the paperwork prior to arriving to pick up the car today. The process was easy and took just over an hour to complete signing everything. Kudos to our salesman Jeff and the Finance manager Brian! Clay took care of me and made sure my vehicle was 100% before having me come pick it up. Jessie have taken care of me in the past and also did an awesome job. I am here to correct the record of a survey that was sent to me after a service was performed, that was less than stellar on my part. I've been using Colonial for the better part of 10 years and they have been nothing but honest, trustworthy and fair with all my service issues. January 27th was no different. Clay and his team have always shot straight with me and I have always appreciated that. There is little doubt that they will always have my business. This group knows their craft and definitely puts service first.

By far the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. And I have bought more than than my share over the past 60 years! I made the deal over the phone for a 2024 Yukon Denali Ultimate with the very knowledgeable and professional salesperson, Jeff. When I took delivery the next day, the General Manager introduced himself to me as well as other salespeople in addition to Chris, the finance manager. I took delivery, signed papers, and went over the many vehicle features (with Eric, another salesman- super helpful) in 90 minutes. I will definitely go back to Colonial to buy another GMC! Cannot recommend highly enough!

I brought in a have 2016 Buick Enclave with Transmission problems and found out the torque converter was slipping.
They changed the torque converter and there was some possible slippage noted afterward.
The service manager rode with me on two different days, as he wanted to be sure there were no issues.
There have been no issues since and the service manager told me to bring the vehicle back if issues occurred.

Kimberly Williams did a great job to get me in and out. Appreciate her excellent service. This is my first time at the GMC dealer. Just purchased 2024 GMC Sierra Denali 3500.

John Bucknor, the service manager actually rode with me in my Denali and diagnosed my issue free while other dealerships were charging $150-$200 to diagnose. Jesse gave me an approximate quote and it actually came in under. All the staff were friendly and the issue is resolved.

Sharon McDaniel and the sales manager were pleasant to deal; no pressure and more than fair on trade in value of our car and purchase price of the new vehicle.

Kimberly and Jesse really took care of me. I purchased my truck at another dealer and couldn't get them to help fix my Chevy Silverado 2020. When I told them my issue they immediately provided me with a solution. They fixed my truck the next day and I'm back happy with my purchase. I will consider upgrading my vehicle with them for my next purchase.

I arrived early, was greeted in a professional manner, and my car was taken back and immediately serviced. Great experience, great service and great price.

Scheduled an oil change for my husband car, got to the dealership a lil early, service advisor apologized and explained that they were running behind. He again apologized and asked if I would consider returning on the following day at the same time, he advised me he would gladly provide a complimentary service. Eric was excellent!! Went above and beyond by coming in on his off day to ensure I received my vehicle detailed and with a full tank of gas since the service department was closed when my sale completed the night before.
