Had a very pleasant experience at the Home Depot in Loganville. Placed an on-line order for pick-up today and I'd barely walked away from my computer when I got an email saying my order was ready. I headed to the store and checked in. In less than ten minutes Myles brought out my order. He was pleasant and very helpful getting it in the car. That's the kind of service I like. I will do curbside pick-up at the Home Depot in Loganville every time it is feasable.

Typically has pretty much all the tools you need. Team members are great, especially the guy in the PVC & plumbing area!

He helped clarify some things for me & ultimately simplify the ideation process of a home project I was working on. Much appreciated!

I love this Hime Depot so much. Margo, is absolutely the best. She helped me and was patient and kind. I really appreciate her.

I cant say anything negative about this location. It's in Loganville off of 78.
I've now lived in Walton County for 7 years and last year we built out our basement room by room. We sourced 90% of our materials from that store.
I found out in the flooring department they have clearance flooring when the stocks out and no new supply comes in. We were able to find 18×18 tile that was 29.00 a box reduced to 5.00. There was roughly 20 boxes so we got all of it and even found there was some similar in color but was like 18x12 and it was on sale at another store so we were able to complete 5 rooms for under 250.00.
All of folks that work there that we dealt with will help you at any capacity.
We've been shopping here for along time and will continue to.

I bought a front door and a few other things. I like home Depot. I just don't like them charging for deliveries. That's ridiculous

It is amazing the difference between employees that care and others that just do the minimum. Got paint over a month ago and the person assisting me did not ask what kind of paint I wanted. Just grabbed me the lower end. Tonight I was assisted by an associate that asked what I wanted and I got the mid grade which is what I would have preferred for my first gallon. Thank you tonight for caring.

We shopped at Loganville Home Depot for plumbing parts to save a water pump for the pool and we were assisted by your Employee Dexter today. Three other of your employees quickly directed us to him as they believed he was the “Sharpest Tool In The Shed”.
Dexter was professional, accommodating, polite, knowledgeable, and most Importantly had the patience to actually help instead of point fingers or pass the buck
Dexter unlike a-lot of employees was ready to help beyond expectations
We feel service like Dexter provided needs to be recognized and though we have no knowledge of his salary he deserves a raise! He should be making at minimum $20 per hour!
We will be back to ask for Dexter and Tip like most should.

MR. Electric was so helpful. And he really had to dig to find my fixture. It took him a great deal of time. He followed it through . Never have I got anyone to help me as much as he did. Found the ceiling fan that I wanted for a really good price. Employee were very helpful

We stopped by for paint and a few other things. No less than four employees offered us help finding what we needed throughout the store. We had a decent size paint order, but it was done perfectly and very quick considering the amount. We actually saved money on that order over other places, like Walmart, we had priced before coming here. 10 out of 10, will visit again.

I had an order that got lost. A young lady named "Janet" or "Jenna" went above and beyond to locate it for me! In a generation where too many do only what they absolutely must, this young lady worked hard to help me locate a lost item I had ordered. She is a tribute to her co workers!! Wish we had more people like her with that kind of dedication to customer service!!! Way to go!!!

The service in the door department was excellent. The woman who helped us was extremely informative and went above and beyond to answer our questions even though she knew we'd have to complete our purchase at the original place of purchase which was in Snellville. Her customer service was very appreciative.

Their Christmas tree selection was great. We have had our tree for two weeks now, and it hasn’t dried out at all. Staff was very helpful and strapped my tree to my car for me. He even said “Merry Christmas” to me and my kids after a few minutes of friendly small-talk. It was a great experience.

Stopped over for paint and some other painting equipments. I was confused on what to get, Michael and Gabby were very helpful in clearing my confusion and making sure i purchased exactly what i came for. Great staff

We went only to get bug spray but who can go to this store and not spend more money than intended. I had to ask an employee where some blades were for a knife and he was very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and the shelves stocked. I haven't ever experienced any bad customer service. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recomend this store.

I want to thank the store manager, Jeff and his entire staff at the Loganville, Georgia store for service above and beyond the call of duty. They bent over backward locating 44 fence panels for us. We are more than pleased with the professional team and their seamless assistance from purchase to delivery. 5 stars is not sufficient to thank them for their dedicated attention to detail. Before you "cancel" Home Depot and its employees, stop and appreciate the people that are dedicated to helping you without hesitation.They deserve your business because they earn your respect.

After having a TERRIBLE experience with Lowe's across the street, we decided to try Home Depot for a new dishwasher. The woman who helped us (I can't remember her name) was quick and efficient when helping us place the order. The dishwasher was delivered 3 days after the order. Installation team did a great job and we love our new Maytag dishwasher.
