This store is well laid out, has everything I need and store personnel are always helpful. Lowe's carries more items that appeal to women, unlike their competitor. I love browsing the home decor and bathroom vanities, they have such great variety of items to choose from.

They had vinyl siding while their main competitor did not. Also, the store was nicer and the staff helpful.

This is my hometown Lowes. It's always clean and most of the time the employees are friendly. They do a great job of making sure items are stocked.

Great staff that came out and found me to help me get loaded when thier handheld failed. Loaded up my truck with what I ordered and sent me on my way. This is my place to keep coming back to.

Good section of ceiling fans. Still looking for one with a remote. Going to wait for the fall for clearance sales. Will be back to see if there are two that fit the bill!! These two Halloween decorations will want you to have a fan!

So, I removed a couple cabinets in the kitchen, to replace with a table I was building, to open up the kitchen a little, and to update our 1st home, so I needed a few last things to finish the table. It was nearing closing time for Lowe's in Loganville, ( 9 p.m.), so I had to hurry and get there. I could of gone the next day, but I really wanted to finish this cool table I was making. I got there at 8:30, rushed in, started looking for the last few parts I needed, and I had 3 out of 4 of what I needed. An employee was nearby, and asked me if I needed any help. And low and behold, I actually did this time. She helped me for like 20 mins trying to find this 1 part I needed. Unfortunately, we couldn't find it, so I substituted and got something else that worked. She was extremely helpful and nice during the whole thing, even though I know she really wanted to go home, she still gave me her time and assisted me to the fullest! (I wish I got her name) I highly recommend this Lowe's in Loganville, (HWY 78 near PetSmart and TJMAXX), even if it's a 20-30 minute drive, it's worth it because everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. I've been there over 100 times since we moved here this past June and every experience has been great (other than all the money I have spent there). I give this location 👍👍 and 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because 5 stars just isn't enough!! Awesome place!

We went to buy a washer & there were plenty of people to help us. The young man who took care of us was very nice. He postponed his break to finish helping us & let his female coworker take her break first.
He was kind and a gentleman. We don't see many employees anywhere these days who go out of their way like he did.

This is an excellent location. They are always fully stocked and have exactly what I want. I have never seen the store dirty or unorganized. The young gentleman that helped me last night in the garden section was wonderful! I definitely recommend this Lowes!

At Lowe's the employees actually asks, "Can I help you with anything?" Where at HD they(employees) look at you and keep walking. We purchased these and they look amazing.

The guy with the longer hair that runs the online pick ups is literally the goat! Soooo much better customer service from him and this pick up team compared to other Lowe’s in the area. Give this man a raise!!!!!!!!
I’ve been to the snellville Lowe’s as well as the stone mtn’s and their service does not compare to this store. I drive way out of my way to do pick ups here. They have more items in stock and write hand written notes thanking you for your purchase. I’ve received literal damaged items at stone mtn and when asked for one that is not damaged they just said to cancel the order bc they didn’t want to go look for a new one.

I bought a one 2x12x8 to cut and replace 2 of my rotted deck steps. A Lowes employee Isaac walked by and asked if I would like the wood to be cut to length. I said sure. I need 2 cuts at 36” . He cut the wood quickly and right on the money.
Isaac has a awesome attitude and was very nice. Lowes needs more employees like Isaac. Awesome individual.

Customer service was great when my online order was damaged when it was delivered. Lowe's has some excellent people working for them. I will be back again. And yes I received a percentage off for the dent in my range. Thanks again Lowe's.

AWESOME customer service! I just left and the gentleman in the paint department (I hate I didn't get his name) provided exceptional service. Although, it was almost closing time, he assisted my husband and I with paint for our trim, he made suggestions and was very friendly. On the way out, our cashier was very nice and courteous and extremely professional. Thanks, Lowe's!
