Atley was very helpful in my extensive laminating needs. The other employees were polite and helpful as well. The store was clean and well stocked. In and out with all I needed taken care of.

It was great. I got some of the finest post-it notes that money can buy, they have all sizes AND COLORS!!! I personally am excited about the pure white ones but my daughter favors the little tiny ones.

The petite, African American female manager that was on duty 11/24/2023 was absolutely phenomenal as always. She never disappoints. When she's working you know she's going to deliver great service above and beyond!

I use Office Max for a lot of my printing needs and office supplies. The staff is always very helpful. The lady that helped me with my recent printing order, which was very large, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. My order was actually ready a day earlier than expected.

On March 16, 2023, I went to Office Depot/Office Max in Loganville, GA to pick up printer ink, however, when I entered the store, I seen book bags marked down. Due to having a non-profit domestic violence foundation and we have a back-to-school drive-I hit the jackpot. I was assisted by Mr. Ken and Ms. Sabrina was so helpful and supportive of the cause. We even took pictures because I purchased all the book bags. Mr. Ken even help me to the car. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to my next visit.

I ordered a box of copy paper this morning for curbside pickup at the Loganville, GA location. Within ten minutes, I had an email saying it was ready. I picked it up this afternoon, and it was so easy. The link for curbside pickup worked like to was supposed to (which is kind of rare these days), and the two employees I dealt with were polite, pleasant, and on the ball. I will definitely use curbside pickup at this location again.

Sabrina, at the copy center is AWESOME! She is so helpful, courteous, and professional. Office Max is lucky to have her!!

I recently had to return an office chair, and Sabrina took a lot of time with me to help me find the perfect ergonomic chair for me. Rahim was also very helpful and professional. You will not find a store anywhere with better customer service.

This is the best office supply place, I've been in yrs. The customer service is very stellar. Both managers and all the employees were very kind and helpful. I had a printing job and was lost on, how to get it done. The amount of help, I got was amazing. I am forever grateful I live near this store. I am now only going to be a customer here for all my printing needs. They make you feel like family, thank you.

I was extremely satisfied with the service and attention provided me by Rahim at the Loganville GA store. He assisted me in selecting and loading of the software for my new laptop. He made sure all my questions were answered before leaving the store.

In the past I could wander around the store and pass by several employees as if I were invisible. Today I was actually greeted by several friendly employees during my visit, and they were very eager to help me find what I needed. Nice upgrade OfficeMax! Keep up the good work.

I want to recognize one of your employees that went above the call of duty for me. Mrs. Williams, who has an amazing outlook on life and extremely positive helped me tremendously when I couldn’t get the ink cartridges removed from my home printer that I brought in to this location. She had such amazing patience and worked through it to help get it figured out so that I can purchase a new ink cartridges and she even helped install the new ones for me. She was a true pleasure and extremely professional as well. Please make sure to treat her well as she is five stars all the way in my book.

This Loganville, GA store is very clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly without being overbearing. I personally don't like hovering staff yet I want someone to be accessible when needed. Acknowledge me when I enter the store and then leave me alone until I need you.😂 This store is very good at that.👍🏽

At my last visit, I used their printing services which was super user friendly. Also while I was there I decided to purchase some ink instead of ordering online as usual. When the cashier rang up my purchase she said oh this ink is cheaper online so I'll do a price match which was about a $6 savings. I'm sold and will be coming into the store more often knowing I can still get the same online savings/sales. Icing on the cake, for sure! ☺

Staff has always been very helpful during my visits and they always seem to have what I am looking for.

Great store to shop at when you need a computer or printer, or office supplies! I always shop locally when I can, and it’s great to have this store so close to home. I’ve purchased several printers and computers from OfficeMax, as well as other products, and I have never been disappointed. The associates working there are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are generally high quality! You can always get cheaper products from Walmart or Amazon, but the saying “you get what you pay for” is true!

Also, you can’t beat the digital services, being able to get an 8x10 or larger laser print from a digital photo uploaded to their website is extremely convenient! I quit trying to get quality photos from my inkjet printer long ago, now I simply upload what I want printed, pay for the processing on the website, and walk into the store and get the print/s from the self service pick area. Couldn’t be more convenient!

This was one EASY project......service was the best.....easy parking.....easy paid...!! what else is there....!!!!!!
