Diamondback 4x4

Very pleased with the service provided! My Jeep rides a lot smoother now since the tires were rotated and balanced. I also want to brag on the service advisor, Joe, for quickly getting back to me about the status of my Jeep, and answering my questions. Diamondback 4x4 has now gained another happy customer! I will be returning in the future for all of my Jeeps needs!

Road tripping from Alabama to Fayetteville NC area to be with the family and beat the hurricane. My Jeep broke down on I-40 west of Swannanoa. I called them and explained my situation and my angst to get back on the road to my family. They sent a tow to pick me up. When we pulled in I saw several great Jeeps there so I knew I was in the right spot. Within10 minutes of being on their lot the hood was up and they were fast at it. The idler pulley seized and the Serpentine belt broke. They ordered the parts and had me back on the road in no time. The price was more than reasonable (much lower than I was ready to pay) and they gave me a military discount. let's just say this crew took great care of me. If I didn't live 5 hours away they would have a customer for life. Now that I think about the 5 how drive may be worth it for this outstanding customer service!!! Thank you Diamondback 4x4!!

Joe is a good guy, the staff are super. They sold me a set of tires and took care of the alignment. They do all kinds of repairs. I saw a few customers come and go and they were all clearly happy with their service.

I was passing thru this area and got into a minor accident. Bryan got my truck into his shop right away and got me back on the road. I was very pleased with his willingness to take a cold call customer and fit me into his schedule. I feel he was very fair with the pricing also.

These guys did an amazing job. They were honest, quick and seem like they genuinely care about their customers. I will be coming back to this establishment for future maintenance and I highly recommend them!

Gave excellent service. Went out of their way to advise me against unnecessary repairs, which saved me 300$ from the initial diagnostic. Super friendly and paid attention to little things I didn't mention at all.
