FloForm Countertops

FloForm is very professional. Our project went very smoothly. The countertops are beautiful, fit perfectly and the seams are hardly noticeable. Every step of the way we had constant updates and communication. Scheduling was super flexible. They send email reminders for every step. The measuring guy was super nice and answered our questions. The installers were also nice and cleaned up after themselves.
Overall I highly recommend this company.

My only “needs to improve” feedback is about the deadline for the template measurement that was 14 commercial days, too much, in my opinion!

From the project planner Janelle to every person who came out either to template or install the materials, each encounter was warm, professional, and precise. If only I would have kept before photos you would know what a glow up this kitchen remodel truly is!

This is a first class company. They were a pleasure to deal with, from the measuring to the install. They were available for questions, answered right back, and let me know what was happening every step of the way. The install guys were amazing, did a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, were very pleasant to have in the house. They were also prompt. The prices were competitive, and I would definitely use them again. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, and in fact, I plan to have them do my other kitchen very soon.

Floform kept us informed each step of the process. The installers arrived early and did a great job installing the countertops. Our project manager was in contact with us from purchase to after job satisfaction. Would definitely recommend these people and the products they use.

Laura was very quick to contact us and get us scheduled for templating and installation. There was a delay with our cabinets, but once that was resolved Laura was great at getting us rescheduled. Guillermo and Randy were on time, quick and professional. We have several stairs from the street to the kitchen, and they handled them without issue with large pieces of quartz.

This was our first remodel experience, and we're very happy with the service from FloForm Countertops.

The installation is done very nicely. The most impressive part is the transition between 2 different slabs is barely noticeable. The island and its waterfall looks almost from the same slab as the patterns from 2 slabs are connected perfectly! Careful selection of slabs is required to achieve this and FloForm has done a great job.

Very good communication between field and office staff. They were prompt with every response. Installers were very professional and the new countertops look amazing. I would definitely recommend using FloForm.

This is the second time we have used Floform as they are Lowes preferred countertop company. Both experiences were great and we were able to go to the warehouse to pick out the slab we wanted to use which anyone should have the option to do when choosing stone. The tech they sent this second time, "Jack" is a rockstar. He is helpful and informative, professional and courteous. Im sure the other techs are great too but if you get a choice ask for Jack!

The countertops look amazing! Juan did the measurements and helped me with the design details, and he was spot on. Tony and Oscar were my installers—a great team and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I can hardly tell where the seams are! The work was completed in a day. We had our countertops installed 2 years ago initially. The seam they had put in failed and was beginning to fall apart. Even though the warranty period had ended they still came and fixed the seam. Louis and Abraham were the installers. They were very kind and respectful and I was very comfortable having them in my home. FloForm went above and beyond to make sure their work was excellent.
