Good company. Mark is really on point when something is needed for the business. Ryan and Trevor are always looking out to make sure we are always stocked up with supplies.

We had always used the other place in town, but we're never happy with their customer service. Since making the move to Aramark everything has run so much smoother in all areas of our business.

Great business. Went in for an interview and learned what they are truly about. Outstanding customer service and outgoing above and beyond representitives. From the bottom to the top they are committed to providing their customers a superior service.

These folks are great! Great crew. Thanks for all your hard work.

I don't really know the company or managers/workers/employees . But Kyle Templin, I will as of tomorrow. I have an interview for a route driver/sales position tomorrow. Hopefully not ! If it was as bad as u described. I'm talking with Someone named John?? Eh something, I can't remember!

I have been a maintenance manager or a chief engineer in a laundry for over 23 years. I worked for these guys for about 2 or 3 months. The plant manager and the production manager aren't fit to manage a cold. The plant manager throws fits like a little kid and talks bad about people. The production manager just doesn't have a clue about much of anything. If Chris and Doug are still managing this place you do not want to work there.

Unfortunately I signed a 60 month contract with them in 2013. to get out you have to make sure you send a request to cancel your contract 60 days before the end of your contract. Which I did. My signature was on the 4th of the month and since the general managers signature was not until the 15th they "had to deliver til then". Poor delivery guy did not know what to do. Also I have had repeated problems with the billing. Should be pretty easy right...you get the same amount of sheets every week. After sending in payments I would get the check back because they would not know where to apply it then I would get a late notice. I made several phone calls over the years to try and fix to no avail. My new sheet service is less than half the price and a reasonable contract. 24 months.

I have a very similar experience with J Sansen. It is a nightmare to do business with this terrible company. The front line people who delivery stuff to us are usually fine. But the sales, account management people are terrible. An example - They increased their price secretly. Once we found out and refuse to take the increase (as we have a contact with them), they gave us credit on the next two bills and then the increase creeped back again. Like most big companies these days, they have a general phone number with recorded message that leads to nowhere. I hope my message can help the next person who reads it.

I have gotten the same shirt back just as filthy as when I turned it in to be cleaned.three times! And the last time it still had my last request tag attached to it. By the way, it also went through the laundry. Is this the kind of shoddy service we as consumers are to expect for our money. If I were my boss, I'd find a different launderer. Like Cintas. I never had this sort of issues with them.

Cheap garments, you get what your pay for here. Will be switching to a more reliable company.

Don't even waste your time with this company, they never answer your calls or work with you when there is an issue which is almost all the time they make a delivery
