Always friendly and helpful employees should I ever need help with anything. Store is always well stocked. I especially love the fresh meals to go from the deli! And I like to stop at the Starbucks inside of the store!

Great employees, great selection and awesome selection of tropical indoor plants! Strange place to have as your go to for exotic plants but it's better than any local nursery

I enjoy shopping here at Fairwood Safeway. The management is excellent and the employees are very professional. The food is always fresh and and the meats are always how you want it.
They have a Starbucks, Deli, and Flowers. #AzziemGroceries

I came to this Safeway to load cash onto one of my debit cards. I got there 5 min before they closed and they didn't rush me, they were very nice and knew exactly how to complete the process! That is not the case at a lot of other places to do this task. Great place!!!

Wow! I was just astounded at the prices of everything. Darn you practically have to be RICH to buy a family pack of toilet paper. OMG 😲 what would you do if you don't have that much $$. I guess HMM just a little thought. Anyways, I used to like to shop but lately it's been brutal how much everything is..I'm rambling so have a good day. Go spend a little bit at SAFEWAY.

Been going to this Safeway for over 20 years. They have an amazing rewards system through their just for you app that allows you to earn points to use on products or gas. I love the workers, been knowing them forever, such a good family store. Self checkout, wheelchair accessible parking, no lines to get into the store, security. Only cons are lots of loitering out front and on the side of building, and sometimes you get lots of weirdos trying to talk to you when you are alone. Just keep your keys and pepper spray close by.

Its my local grocery store. Nice ataff, though the parking lot gets sketchy at night. Lots of shoplifting, but the now has security guards.

I have switched fr Fred Meyer to Safeway! This Safeway location is cleaner, better stocked, the employees are more helpful & conscientious & they have a security person that actually walks around the store & the front entrance. There are employees gathering carts fr the parking lot & even an employee that sweeps up trash in the parking lot!! Yes, they have panhandlers in the parking lot but that is everywhere now.

I just wish the Security person would monitor the handicapped parking spaces as so many people park there that do not have valid/unexpired handicapped tags!! Which makes it so difficult for VALID handicapped drivers to find a spot!

UPDATE: Safeway on Washington Blvd in Kent has taken great steps to clean up it parking lot and surrounding area. Kudo's the Safeway and the Kent Police.

Only went for Starbucks and quick meals but the quick meals weren't worth the price especially when they cost more than they do in the Ballard Safeway for a better more appetizing and more presentable meal.

The Safeway staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a very busy store, so you want to come in before 4pm to avoid long lines at checkout!
There are shortages of something's, especially 2 ltr bottles of popular pops and Safeway's bottled water in the both the 24 and 32 counts. I have to get the gallon containers frequently. I also have to get the 12 can cases of the non-cola pops frequently as well.

Depends what manager is working. I have went in there and everybody be so happy and chipper and with a nice atmosphere. Although I have went in there and everyone is so rude,quite and hating their job. It's like I was bothering them because they were doing their job. But I have noticed it all has to do with the manager that's on shift. And then you have the deli I'm not sure what happened. The food used to be fresh always full you never had to wait for anything and now you get something and it tastes like it's been in there for hours or it's so hard you can't chew it. And that's all I have to say about that Safeway

I had to try a different Safeway due to me being out of my town, but experience was great. The store had a slightly different layout so I wasn't able to just jump right to get things but they weren't too far off and a little bit backwards from the store that I've been used to. I was still able to get my shopping done quickly even though I had to go through almost every aisle just to know where everything was. Checking out was very good thanks for the help of one of their Checkers named Scott. So I'll just say this thank you Scott for your help and thank you Safeway for being very organized although you were getting ready to do your nightly stocking my experience with your downtown Kent Safeway was good a pleasant experience.

I go to safeway because being on a limited income I use my rewards points to get my my monthly necessities of toilet paper paper towels garbage bags and stuff and it's it's convenient it's close by where I live man I don't drive so when I need to have someone take me it's closer than going up the hill to Fred Meyers from West Hill so all around about it's pretty good

Staff were friendly and helpful, best gas prices I've seen from Seattle to Kent. Honestly I won't buy gas anywhere else unless I have to.
