Came here during my first ever visit to Seattle and this spot did not disappoint!! Their wide array of baked items make it almost impossible to pick - but I do recommend their rotating pastries! I had a mushroom croissant-like pastry and a pear-yogurt sweet pastry, both were to die for. Service was immaculate, I felt so welcomed and appreciated the help selecting what to get. The space it large, inviting, and has tons of windows for natural light - the perfect spot to read a good book while munching on some yummy food and sipping on a delicious coffee!

I bought "one of everything" to try it out. Highlights were the small baguette, the half loaf white sourdough, the olive focaccia, the savory lye bread (which is pretzel bread with cheese and sauerkraut), and the cinnamon roll without frosting (It has raisins and a caramelized glaze, I didn't miss the frosting).

To my middle-age taste buds their bread could use a little more salt, but otherwise was perfect in terms of appearance, texture, flavor and smell.

I look forward to trying their different kinds of sandwich loafs on a future visit.

There was a 20 person line when I arrived, it moved pretty quickly. Service was quick. They gave me a sturdy cardboard box to hold my selection,

Amazing bakery with some of the best lye bread I have had.
If you love lye, order the savory lye, it has pickled cabbage inside which was very tasty.
Also do get their savory croissant.
If we were there for longer, I would have also ordered more just to try :)

Just had the sweet croissant aka the seasonal rhubarb. Incredible! Tart and buttery, savory. Highly recommend. The line was out the door for a bit so I visited Old Salt for lunch and by the time I was done the line was gone. Such a chill vibe

Located in the Fremont neighborhood, hands down, one of the best baguettes in town. Tip, they have an extra large size that's available after 12pm. Expect long lines on weekend mornings, but worth the wait.

For far the best bakery in almost Seattle, im glad I found it. Im a french pastry lover and this was absolutely amazing. The place was really nice I loved the energy and aesthetics. Croissant and cinnamon roll were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately somebody yelled at me because i was taking a picture of were they were laminating, I didn’t know I couldnt and I didn’t see any sign. I guess it was my mistake but thats not the way of telling things. Besides that a 10/10. (Way to many raisins on the cinnamon roll on my opinion)

First time here. Nice people. Cheery staff. Fantastic baked goods, bagels, and drinks. Delicious is the only word to describe it. Happy to come here for drinks, coffee/tea, baked goods, or late night snack. The neighborhood is also great. There’s a stone troll nearby under the bridge. Take note, the only problem is parking which is out of their control. I would come here more if I had an easier way to park.

There was a line out the door when I went last Saturday morning, but it moved relatively fast and was worth it! I only had a croissant (which was So good) but there are so many pastries and breads, as well as coffee/drinks. Check it out!

Best croissant in Seattle. I'm not loca. Whenever I fly into a place I go croissant hunting (you simply need to have a fave croissant in every city). For Seattle it used to be The London Plane but they seem to have closed since the pandemic and after trying a few I've arrived at Sea Wolf and you know immediately from the look of the folds and the shape that it's going to be top quality. But then, you bite into it and the crisp layers are truly perfect, the butter can be tasted and it's nicely balanced, beautiful soft fluffy honeycomb interior, they could do no better. Get a coffee, have a seat outside in the sun. There's probably other things worth getting but unfortunately for me I had already been a few pastries into my day already. Also, they deliberately don't ask for tips, instead making sure they price to pay workers fair and accordingly, which is always morally commendable. I'll be back next for more next time I'm in town.

Delicious pastries and very friendly staff. Everything we tasted was great, but particularly loved the chocolate oat cookie.

Delicious fresh baked breads and a variety of sweet and savory pastries with a lovely Cafe inside. I love coming here for the baguettes and chocolate croissants but they have so many other things I've yet to try. Everything I have tested out has been delicious. All their breads have been top notch. I'm super picky about baked goods due to allergies to certain kinds of flour, but I haven't had any issues with items from here at all.

They also have some lunch/sandwich options and outdoor seating as well if you feel like soaking up some of that taste Seattle sunshine. Staff is always super helpful in helping you find what it is you need. They also have a small selection of local beers and wines for sale in addition to local dairy items if that's your jam. (But sadly no jam).

In my opinion, the best bread place in the Seattle area. The prices are fairly high due to the top quality, but I was very surprised to find out that Sea Wolf charges customers for slicing

LOVE LOVE LOVE. This is hands down the best bakery I’ve been to in Seattle. They are doing everything right here. From the fact they pay their employees a live able wage to their scrumptious baked good. Highly recommend all the croissants options!

Some of our favorite restaurants use Sea Wolf bread, and we’ve always enjoyed the high quality, so we stopped by the bakery to try the croissants and pain au chocolate. Another reviewer compared these Sea Wolf offerings to grocery store croissants, and I couldn’t disagree more! My croissant left a huge, beautiful mess of flakes on the plate—always such a good sign—and had gorgeous layers. Such a satisfying bite! Thank goodness, too, because unless you’re lucky enough to live within walking or biking distance of this highly popular, highly populated neighborhood, parking is going to be a chore.

Probably the best bakery in Seattle. They were closed for dine in during covid however they opened up for dining recently. I have tried their bread in many fine dining establishments and it used to be the standout all the time. It’s quite big when you go inside. It offers seating both inside and outside. I got the goat cheese pizza and sweet croissant which had peach and marzipan paste in the center. Both the items were unbelievable. Look no further if you are looking for baked items. 10/10

Stayed in Seattle in Fremont and found this bakery within walking distance of where I was staying.

Food - Amazing. The pretzels and savoury croissants were amazing. Theres a reason why even though my hotel offered free breakfast on site, I would still walk to the bakery for breakfast.

Atmosphere was amazing as well! They had an open bakery where you were allowed to watch the bakers work, as well as a sitdown area for eating/drinking.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommending to anybody hanging around in Fremont!

Amazing Sourdough bread and the best savory croissant I had in a long time.

Their date cakes are one of my recent obsessions.

Coffee was decent (Not great) and the scone was a bit dry for my taste.

Definitely one of my favorite places to be. The place is very well lit and has a bright morning vibe to it ❤
